Just consider Flair's "not adapting " as character work and then it's awesome. Here's the greatest of all time and he has a hard time changing, but he's still the fucking Nature Boy. It's a great chapter of the story.

Vader was fat and muscular. Blackwell looked like the girl who got turned into a blueberry in Willy Wonka as a hillbilly. And proceeded to be a fucking amazing wrestler, and better than Vader in my humble opinion.
