Shayna vs. Candace was really great. It put over Candace as a threat and veteran who isn't intimidated by Shayna, puts over the champ as both a bad ass heel and as vulnerable in a way we've only seen since Nikki Cross, and it made Sane look bad ass. Cause "smiling Pirate girl in all white" is fine, but she needed an edge. I hope she wears black pirate gear at Takeover.

The idea that it's "unsuccessful " cause only a few folks have come through who never wrestled before have made it , is insane. The point of the PC is to produce talent , period. No matter where they came from.

As far as HHH's bit there goes, it boils down to, " You are all public figures working for a huge corporation. Don't be fucking stupid now that everything can be recorded." That comes off to me as HHH using Hogan as a lesson to everyone. If you run a huge company, you're going to have employees of various political beliefs and possibly fucked up views. Hey, I have a question and if anyone would know it's you guys. That Saito/ Inoki island deal, was that a match? And if so, was there a ring or was it falls count anywhere? Was there a ref? Tag match was fantastic. What sucked was the never ending dueling chants that negated the performances and what they meant. Cheer and boo whoever you want, but react to the action. And apparently Borash was in the crowd leading the shit. Stop that. If you like UA, cheer for them, if you like MM, you like a team with the worst name ever, but also.. cheer for them. And boo the other. Just chanting back and forth doesn't play into the heat or the comeback. It makes it about the crowd instead of the crowd playing their actual part.

To be fair, I'd imagine in Japan, King Kong is mainly known as a monster, not an ape. Which was always my problem with "Kong ". From an American perspective it always came off racist. For me it was 50/ 50, half racist shit I hate and half me loving her being named after the greatest of all monsters.

Episode 7, the hospital one,is the best half hour of pro wrestling in forever.

Dozer vs. The Mighty was fucking awesome. Dozer is gonna a big star and I couldn't be happier. He started here in Colorado in the local Indy I've enjoyed. He was here briefly, and was pushed to the top. That speaks to how much potential he has. edit: And Dijak is gonna be a Star.

It's bonkers that Ziggler has gone from the guy I just don't care about, to being one of my favorite guys. I adored that RAW Rollins match. They did the high spot style that most people want to see, and filled it with storytelling. They may have been doing crazy shit, but they never stopped selling that it was a struggle.

My weekend is booked. I'm so pumped for this. It's amazing. When the "real" GLOW came out, it was the worst part of the 80's boom, at least to young teen me. Now, GLOW is my second favorite wrestling show behind NXT.
