The mask match between Black Cat and Mascara Sagrada that aired in 94 being impossible to find now is wild. I think Ron Rivera was selling it at one point, so it's weird that no one else has it.

I think there is a good chance he has the 93 matches. I know on twitter he just posted that he received a recent batch of converted tapes, so it will be interesting to see what new turns up over the next few weeks. The XEQ footage Roy has been uploading has been incredible. Feels like he has been uploading footage that Lynch was missing on a weekly basis.

There is a hair match between Satanico and Emilio Charles that aired in 98 that you can find a write up of on Google groups that is impossible to find. There is that Cota/Dragon and Felino/Dragon title match from 93 that aired that is no longer in circulation.

His short AAA run in 93 is worth watching as his back isn't fucked yet and watching him massacre Latin Lover is endlessly entertaining. One thing worth mentioning is the Cota of 93/94 is a lot different than the Cota of 95/96. Assume this is because of the back injury and being moved down the card.

The hair match between Remo Banda and Comando Ruso is pretty great until the ref stoppage at the end.

I would assume the larger problem people have with JVK might be from his activity outside of PWO.

The Atlantis/Mr. Niebla/Negro Casas vs Black Warrior/Blue Panther/Hijo Del Santo match from 4/24/98 would be one to consider.

There was a recent reprint of Friday Night in the Coliseum that turned out pretty well.

It's a shame robviper's YouTube channel got taken down, as this match is pretty much impossible to track down from the usual sources. Just as good, if not better than the Rayo/Apolo title match that took place a few weeks later.

For those interested in this match, I would recommend comparing it to their trios match from March 6th to see what a motivated Felino could do with Lagarde. Nothing earth shattering, but Felino is much more giving in it and goes out of his way to establish Lagarde as a threat who is capable of grounding him at will.

I don't know, seems like some of the more active posters of the past have just simply moved on to Twitter as their chosen platform for their wrestling discussion needs.

What was Kurt Brown's opinion of Negro Casas at the time? He had been watching him since the eighties, so was he someone who thought Casas was guilty of phoning it in?
