Levy and several other former wrestlers sued to attempt to get employee status for wrestlers claiming they were not independent contractors. But the lawsuit was thrown out due to the statute of limitations from when the WWE contracts were in place to when the lawsuit was filed had expired. The 2020 releasees and Yang could cause WWE a lot of problems.

Late last year she showed initiative in filing her US work visa herself when it came due. Instead of letting WWE renew it as her work sponsor. That really saved her when she got released as if she didn't do that she probably would have had to leave the US and go back to Brazil.

I was really tight with Casey. I am a mix of being numb and being pretty accepting of it all. He just really liked Women's Wrestling with Trish and Lita being some of the first Wrestling he saw. He got a lot of people booked on influential indies and helped get a number of wrestlers signed. He had a lot of offers for various jobs or opportunities in Pro Wrestling and I know of one big offer to buy his website. But his health sadly precluded him from taking those. Really sad and unfair all in all.
