About two months ago the vast majority of people thought that when the Shield breaks up that Seth Rollins was going to be the one out in the cold but boy that has changed recently. That match against Cena must have sparked a different opinion because he has been pushed more as a leader in the group and just working his ass off.

I wonder if you say that knowing that David Stern got annoyed at Jim Rome one day and hung up on him after telling him he was going to talk to someone important like Stephen A Smith.

I've LOVED this hijacking. Honestly one of the most memorable angles I've ever seen was Savage taking over the ring on Nitro and just sitting down in the chair waiting for (I don't remember what he was waiting for) But this is great. AND now Bryan has gone all the way with and put himself in the title match!

People can say that was a lazy or weak way to finally reach the conclusion but I loved it. Very memorable and unique angle.

That was an incredible segment. Say what you want about him but Hunter was absolutely fantastic there. His first true great promo in this whole feud probably. Bryan showed some great fire there too. And we saw the return of screechy Steph!!

Those soldiers next to Bryan in the ring are like 12 years old.

I feel old.

To be fair that guy standing next to him was about 70 so it evens itself out ^_^

There better be a concession stand in this Memphis street fight.

I texted my brother at the very start that having Bryan talk instead of beat people was idiotic, and then that happened. Afterglow in effect, but that was the best longform non-wrestling segment on Raw in ages. On paper it sounds terrible but it came off amazing. HHH and Steph were incredible. Bryan didn't have to do anything goofy. Shooty but still coherent within the established storyline. And it's a moment for Bryan with no one else, it's his for the rest of his WWE career - just him, a huge arena of fans, against two people who are going to control WWE history forever. Will really be an iconic moment for him.

Unless HHH pins him in :18. Which would be completely fucking amazing in a different way.

What I love the most is that there is NO WAY this was the plan. The crowds booing at the Royal Rumble and during every Batista segment and chanting Daniel Bryan when WWE didn't want them to actually put Bryan into the Wrestlemania main event.
