tim
With Stewart doing that promo video, hypothetically, Stewart involved with something at Wrestlemania would be a much bigger deal than Trump in 2007 right?
hammerva
No way this will bigger than Trump in 2007? I mean besides the fact that Trump was a much bigger person at the time, the set up of a hair vs hair match increased it.
tim
Is Trump a bigger star? To me Stewart is at least as big a figure as Trump, and his involvement in wrestling would get more media attention than Trump's involvement -- not only that, but more sympathetic coverage. I feel like a liberal media darling like Steward could even raise WWE's profile to some degree. Trump might have gotten attention but he has zero prestige, for media celebrities Stewart is pretty prestigious.
Strummer
people genuinely hate Trump which probably upped the buyrate because people wanted to see his head shaved. People, even those on the right wing politically, generally like Jon Stewart
hammerva
Great Dean Ambrose promo putting over the IC title which pretty much means Barrett is winning the title in some flukish/bullshit way
Exposer
It will be interesting to see how good this card can be match wise with the probable shit booking added on.
JerryvonKramer
Oh right, here I am watching the Network live for the second time. Genuinely awful name for a PPV. Also, I reckon this is the most cartoony wrestling has looked since 1993. It's almost ridiculously colourful.
NintendoLogic
I'm still thinking Rollins cashes in at WrestleMania. God, I hope not. To build Lesnar up the way they did and have it all end with a lame cash-in would be too stupid for words.
Matt D
Only going to be able to watch off and on tonight, but Show really needs to start working like late era Andre a bit more and having guys go to him instead of the other way around. He seems to be having a hard time getting to second gear. I really liked the spin kick into the post. That looked great.
Bierschwale
Well, Rollins looked strong eating shit on that Fameasser, I guess.
Stiva
Ha, Kane pins Ziggler. Fun enough opener but you can't help but think there's money being left on the table with Ryback and Ziggler, two guys who the fans are dying to see put in prominent positions. goodhelmet
Dolph Ziggler, Erik Rowan & Ryback vs. Seth Rollins, Big Show & Kane - Well, I thought it was a hot opener with a hot crowd. The leg work was decent early on with Rowan as FIP. Unforunately, I was right in my prediction. The Ryback catching Rollins spot was pretty damn impressive and I thought Ryback was the star of the match the short time he was in there. hammerva
Well safe to say that the Ziggler vs Bryan match isn't happen at WM. So Rollins is running out of the building which guarantees that he will be back at the main event
Exposer
Ryback, Ziggler, & Rowan vs. The Authority - Really solid 6-man tag. Rowan was great underneath. He was the best guy in the match. Rollins should have gotten the pin, not the old farts. The post-match was really fun though. Some probably hated it because of Orton. I enjoyed it. Timbo Slice
Guess we get Orton/Rollins at WM.
Stiva
I feel like Orton coming into a ring full of guys and hitting them with RKOs like Austin dishing out Stunners is the perfect way to use him
shoe
It was a solid opener with a good story. Again why did Show have to lead to the win. Then we're shown Randy Orton> than Ryback,Ziggler, and Rowan.
Bierschwale
Yeah, I highly enjoyed Orton, even if I don't like that as his return or Orton-Rollins as a WM match.
Matt D
It's pretty nutty how thoroughly they've protected Show/Kane over the last few months. I'm not sure what the payoff is there.
JerryvonKramer
Ryback, Rowan, Rollins vs. The Authority - completely listless and unengaging opener devoid of heat or any moments of emotional engagement, compounded by the virtually no-sold return of Randy Orton -- an event so unremarkable that Gary MIchael Cappetta might as well have announced a jobber coming out. Nothing at all of interest here. *1/
JerryvonKramer
Rhodes stuff came across as fake, overwritten and badly acted.

goodhelmet
Poor Dust Brothers... zero response from the crowd.
Matt D
Dustin's pretty much the only guy in the company that can get a listless crowd into him solely through his work.
