I'm not entirely with Parv but I do think I've hit the point that I don't get excited for these trainwreck gimmick spotfests. There's not a ton of room for storytelling here and it's just watching one car crash spot after the next while they cycle the next guy in.

- Early on, fun dive sequence

- Fun ladder spots but nothing we haven’t seen before

- It never gets old but it looks nasty… the powerbomb through the ringside ladder

- Holy fuck… headbutt battle!!!!!

- Greatest final 20 seconds in ladder match history

Fun match, good for Bryan getting his IC title win and a nice moment again this year. Yeah, he should be higher, but this is at least something.

I would have liked Harper or Ambrose being the guy up there with him at the end more. I don't entirely buy Ziggler in that role.

Some super-cringy bumps in the ladder match - the superplex, the powerbomb, and that sleeper slam by Ziggler on Harper - but not quite as bad as I'd feared. Three-for-three on entertaining matches so far.

Will's right on the money with the ending headbutt sequence. That was really amazing. And a good thing Randy Orton is on right now as I can take care of the rest of my laundry...

Silly match with no flow or psychology or anything. The spots and things felt very 2000 to me. Headbutts at the end were of note, but I didn't enjoy this at all.

Ladder match was fun, but I liked it better the first time when it was called the opening tag match

Thinking it's going to go Cena/Rusev next, followed by Taker/Wyatt, Sting/Trips, breather with Bellas/AJ&Paige, then the main event.

IC Title Ladder Match

 

- Started out hot with the dive trains, felt a little cliche and neither here nor there as everybody got their ish in during the middle portion, but the Harper/Ambrose powerbomb, the Barrett/Stardust ridiculous suplex off the ladder and a few other big spots picked it back up. Finish was really great. In an era before these matches were overdone this might've been a classic, but not in 2015.

The weirdest thing about that IC title match is that they had seven guys in there and past some bits of Ziggler calling Bryan a turd, I don't think that any of them really had an issue with each other.

 

Also, why the heck did Rollins just do a backflip?

I agree with Parv. I'm sick to death of WWE string-of-stunt matches, though I did like the finish and Bryan winning. It's just hard to watch them squander talented guys when you know an hour of Sting, Taker and HHH is coming.
