cpst Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 Black heels saying that Hip-Hop started in the south in Brooklyn. Then Xavier and Kofi doing a pretty good job singing, followed by Big E hopping in and doing a terrible job. Golden. Quote
Jimmy Redman Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 I need so many GIFs of Big E's Rick Rude swivel. Quote

cpst Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 Kofi's shoes are number one. I was secretly hoping for JBL to go "what are thoooooose, Maggle?" Quote
...TG Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 That Big E/Kallisto sequence was really cool. I'd love to see them get 5-10 minutes on Raw. Really fun match thus far. Quote
JerryvonKramer Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 We've seen a lot of backbreakers so far tonight. Quote

cpst Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 WWE sure has been using more apron bumps lately. This match is pretty great so far, and is pumping up the crowd after that mediocre opener. New Day pair up really well with the PTP and the Lucha Dragons. Quote
goodhelmet Posted August 23, 2015 Author Report Posted August 23, 2015 Tag Team Championship: Prime Time Players (champs) vs. New Day vs. Matadores vs. Lucha Dragons - Kalisto and Big E was a bunch of fun - Kalisto is so much fun, they need to get him away from Sin Cara yesterday. - Darren Young looked really solid and Big E squashing him on the apron was a great spot. - Titus cleaning house was awesome!!! - I don’t know what the hell Sin Cara was doing but that suicide dive looked stupid. - I enjoyed this but Sin Cara almost single-handedly ruined this for me - Titus, Big E, Kalisto and Young were the standouts. - They really should have opened the show with this match. Zoo Enthusiast Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 NEW DAY FUCKING RULES. I don't watch much WWE right now but they are always a blast when I see them. Quote
Parties Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 First half of match: when I said this crowd was louder than the Takeover audience? Please allow me to reverse that in overdrive. People loved the New Day promo but this match was getting little to no reaction, as was the case for Orton-Sheamus.Second half: Titus is trying and he did very well when cleaning house. Crowd ate him up after having previously stuck to "How you doing" chants for much of the action that preceded him. Really hot finish and the crowd loved the title change. Big E's gyrations were over as hell, as was Woods destroying Torito.Stewart's "Laugh-In" sketches are dying a death. Way too campy and verbose. There's a reason WWE writers don't hear back from the Daily Show when they send in their packets. Quote
WingedEagle Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 Big E just locked up this year's Flair/Thesz award. Quote
Jimmy Redman Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 I think the idea was that Sin Cara did a tope and the Matador on the floor caught him with a dropkick on the way down. Quote
Coffey Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 No idea why that tag match didn't open the show. Shit was a ton of fun. Glad New Day won. I'm 1-1 in predictions so far. Quote
hammerva Posted August 23, 2015 Report Posted August 23, 2015 That match was a real mess at times (especially with Sin Cara in the ring) but damn that was so fun. Not sure I enjoyed the most. Big E Langston celebrating with his questionably suggestive ring gear or Titus just throwing people around like trash bags Quote

cpst Posted August 24, 2015 Report Posted August 24, 2015 Lana is a strong independent woman, no longer does she dress the way her mean ex boyfriend told her to! ...instead, she dresses exactly like her new boyfriend. Girl power! Don't worry about it. Apparently the company is down on Lana and wants Eva Marie to be the next big female star. Good thing they recognize female talent when they see it, and don't make decisions on appearance alone. Quote
