Hegs
Captain Lou. His interviews were hysterical, his cheap shots the best and his wrestling was horribly entertaining. Ive watched Butcher Vachon's wedding 100 times mainly because of Albano and to a lesser degree Blassie. Hated it when they turned him face. victory
Tony Atlas. He had a terrible punch, had a drop kick that was so awkward looking and was overall pretty bad in the ring. With all that said I love watching him for some reason. Maybe because I'm gym guy, but I've never been able to put my finger on it. He did have some great charisma though. I even dig his interviews. That realty show that the Network had was must watch tv due to Atlas for me.
Al
I'd like to think I'm a better person now, but scantily clad women are probably in the discussion from my teenage years.

goc
Another guilty pleasure is Santino Marella. For a long time, he was my favorite guy on the main roster. I find him hiarious and he's had to work with some god awful material. Glamaerlla and Santina Forever. Yea I fucking loved me some Santino. Too bad we never got a Santino vs. Boogeyman feud to combine my two guilty pleasures.
Nighthawk
Flyin' Brian. Not Loose Cannon Brian Pillman. But Flyin' Brian. That intense, homicidally competitive babyface is something people never really get right. Also, the Superbrawl II match with Liger still blows my mind. Nighthawk
Lol @ Pillman being a guilty pleasure As I've gotten older, I've gotten more into shoot-style stuff. Also, paradoxically, a chain match. Don't know why but everytime I see a chain match I get a little evil smile.

SomethingSavage
Wow. I'm surprised to see some of those things mentioned. I'll definitely have to hear the reasons for a few of 'em. Â But make no mistake - JBL's title reign was the bee's sleeves, and it should be highly regarded as such.

He was great at selling for heels and could move like a gymnast while looking like a bodybuilder. He was great at translating the role of that 80's action hero into wrestling without coming across as cartoony.

Glad to see someone else like him as well.

texaspedro
Seeing the Santino Marella love reminded me of something. I haven't watched any of this in quite some time now but during GAEA's run I was a HUGE fan of Sakura Hirota. I'd see all these people complaining about her comedy schtick online and about a lot of it not being funny but man.. I LOVED watching her. I found her hilarious and used to get a kick out of all the cosplay she'd do in her matches. Haven't seen much of her post-GAEA stuff but there was a point in time my biggest guilty pleasure was easily Sakura Hirota.

El-P
Steve McMichael was a better Horseman than Dean Malenko, Jeff Jarrett, Paul Roma, Lex Luger, Brian Pillman or Sting. Not by default, he was actually a good Horseman as a character. He fit, complete with Debra who was awesome as the southern beauty queen airhead. Mrzfn
I actually agree with that. He wasn't better overall than those guys, but better in the Horsemen role. Â I also thought he wasn't nearly as bad in the ring as he was made out to be. On commentary though, yeesh...

I know he had the US Title but only briefly, I don't think he was all that terrible either. It would not be hard to name worse wrestlers. Not by default, he was actually a good Horseman as a character. He fit, complete with Debra who was awesome as the southern beauty queen airhead. Â I champion this all the time. I don't think he's absolutely terrible in the ring but he was a great Horseman. He had the swagger and attitude that made him a good Horseman. Â EDIT: His Clash match where he won the belt off Jarrett is pretty solid and he gets a pop and I thought he had a good match with Hennig around the same time. Boss Rock
The Big Boss Man-Big Show feud from '99. So ridiculous and over-the-top in making Boss Man look like the most evil human being in wrestling history. I just love watching those segments and Show just destroying him at Armageddon. Â I also still have a soft spot for Ahmed Johnson for being my first "favorite" as a kid. Â Old Undertaker gimmick matches/feuds as well. Â I also love me some Glacier. Mrzfn
Loving JBL's title reign shouldn't make anyone feel guilty. Love that reign, lots of great stuff. Â I'm not sure I can think of a flat out good McMichael singles match, but he was part of some great tags. I absolutely love the Benoit/Mongo vs. Meng/Barbarian tag from Halloween Havoc '97. Granted, Mongo is the worst guy in the match, but he doesn't stink it up by any stretch.
