On one hand, you can argue that this is a prime example of what Dylan and others have talked about: WWE acquires indie sensation, gets temporarily better for 1-2 matches before watering that sensation down and making them another easy-to-miss RAW act. In the grand scheme, there's a push-pull debate to be made as to whether it's a net positive or negative.

 

That said, it's inevitable, and opens up that indie landscape to someone else to take the Hardys' momentum and run with it.

 

Ladder match itself was quite good, if more or less the same one you see every time in these setups - not sure why people had such low expectations for a gimmick chaos brawl with the Club, Cesaro, and Sheamus in it. (I know Enzo is death to some here, but he was a non-factor.)

You don't say. Faint praise, but 3 out of 4 has been really fun thus far. And... Enzo Amore was part of a better match than AJ Styles. I said "part of", ok ?

 

That tag match was a fun clusterfuck garbage match. Or way to be much better than the sum of its parts.

 

The mixed match now ? Well, ok. This is the one I wanted to see. Bring out the bullshit !
