Exactly it isnt 80s era Vince McMahon head bottle washer anymore. There is a greater role autonomy in large scale Corporations.

They also misunderstand quite a bit of the booking as well especially the Mason Ryan debut where they had no idea what the finish was supposed to be when it was obvious to just about everyone that Punk wanted to get Cena DQed plus put himself up for a sacrifice for his NEXUS.

 

The latest is that Bryan thinks this explaination is too "leftfield", yes despite the stigmata, references to sacrifice and Punk holding his arms out for the big boot. So Mr. After Dark thinks the story of Jesus is too leftfield!

Alvarez's debate with Rovert on the board is really sad and unprofessional. I can't think of many other instances of a co-owner of a business being juvenile and insincere to someone who PAYS him at least $10.00 a month for his website. Debating an issue is one thing and fine, but to throw insults is another. I guess I shouldn't be alarmed at this behavior from the board but it is just mind boggling what goes on there sometimes.

Essentially last week's ending of Raw and the connotation that Punk was sacrificing himself to Mason Ryan. That was the initially argument and I feel Rovert was correct in his assumption and that Alvarez contradicted himself in some responses. To me the respectful response to this would be, "I am sorry it was confusing to me, I see where you are coming from now but disagree because of this..." Instead he denies any wrong doing and then basically it just was relegated into multiple pages of insults slung around. A good comparison is the Gabe/Keller debate on facebook in regards to DGUSA. No personal insults were made and I think both people got their points across and responded appropriately until it was time to say ok lets agree to disagree.

Had nothing to do with sacrifice. The idea was to get himself DQ'd. Someone forgot to ring the bell and make the announcement, hence the thing being confusing.

To show you how much attention gets paid to RAW, they talked about how Edge/Orton vs. Miz/Ziggler should be the SD main event but it would probably be a dark match.....well they clearly announced on RAW that the match was the SD main event.

I think that is by far the worst thing about the main WON crew these days, they clearly aren't paying attention to stuff. Not only do they end up getting mad/complaining about wrong things, they then get twice as mad when the proles dare to point out what they missed.

 

Well Bryan definitely, Dave doesn't seem to have enough interest to get mad in the first place or be bothered to go back to see what he missed.

 

 

What's worse is that it's the exact attitude that makes it hard to refute when people like Bischoff go on rants about sheet writers getting things wrong and then not owning up to it.

I can relate. When I did the Nitro recaps for Rantsylvania, it was usually by watching the show as it happened and trying to type up my report as the show progressed. As a result, my writing was rushed and the whole show was based on "instant reaction" more than anything. It's one of several reasons why, looking back on those days, that I say I did a pretty bad job of reviewing shows.

Um... that seems like a fairly common and well-understood phrase.
