  1. It's similar to when people flash strangers in public. It's not meant to win somebody over. The act in itself is it's own reward.
  2. Yeah if you like the cinematic matches like the boneyard match or firefly funhouse match from Wrestlemania the BTE episode 200 reminds me of that. I dont watch BTE usually and have a hard time getting through the episodes because I don't find them funny. But I wasnt bored or annoyed watching this episode because there was so much action.
  3. Botchamania is awesome. I think Vimeo is where I usually watch it, but I usually go to the actual Botchamania website and just pick one of the links since Maffew posts all of them so I may not even notice this change.
  4. Is this match on the WWE Network? What would I look under? Or is the rematch where Savage doesn't sell the leg on the Network?
  5. Does anybody know why that 80's Florida stuff is not on the WWE Network? I thought Vince owned all the 80's Florida footage as well. I was watching some "Old School" 80's house show matches and was thinking it would be great if we had the local promos from the syndicated TV for the specific house shows that we do have on the Network. I understand that there are a lot of local promos from different syndicated shows and it wouldn't make sense to put them all up. But for the specific house shows they do have up, like the March 85 MSG show, it would be cool if they put up the syndicated TV or promos from the TV that aired on the local New York TV from the month or so leading up to it. As a child, the local promos was usually my favorite part of the syndicated TV, and being able to see those promos, followed by the actual matches they were promoting, would be lots of fun.
  6. I am curious to hear what Cornette has to say about the Boneyard Match. I imagine he is probably going to hate it, but I am curious if he has anything positive to say about it. Actually, with the way things have been going lately, I can imagine him starting watching it and then turning it off once he realizes its not a normal match.
  7. I liked the Mike Mills segment, because I like anytime Corny talks about old wrestling. I wish he was reviewing old wrestling on the Network instead of stuff like Legends House or the documentaries.
  8. II am really enjoying this episode. Surprising since the wwe empty arena stuff suck. I like Cody and Tony on commentary. It's easy to listen to. I would love to watch a show like this every week.
  9. I think instead of having the audience empty, they should have one person sitting there by himself for these Performance Center shows: Vince McMahon.
  10. R-truth makes a good point. Why are they previewing Wrestlemania matches during the Elimination Chamber pre-show? I don't blame him for being confused.
  11. Did they really think that piano would break? Pianos are not built the same as the simple folding tables they usually break. You think they would have tested it first. I like that Dolph and Otis haven't confronted each other yet. I know the whole soap opera for men thing is usually a negative thing, but you can hear the audience getting behind Otis and booing the heels here. I like this particular angle better than the similar Rusev/Lana storyline they had in the fall on Raw.
  12. I enjoyed the tag title match. To be honest it was probably my favorite Omega match that has been on Dynamite.
  13. I liked the Otis Valentines date segment. After seeing Tucker build him up, I was expecting a traditional sports entertainment humor segment. So I loved the bait and switch of Dolph showing up. And then I assumed there would be a typical brawl or food fight in the restaurant. Instead Otis just drops the flowers and leaves the restaurant. I like that what happened was unexpected, and am now curious to see what Otis does next. I think it's a good heel move for Dolph as well, because I imagine WWE's audience likes Otis and wanted to see him happy, so are now pissed at Dolph for ruining it.
  14. New Day has an official WWE branded podcast that they have been showing a graphic for during SmackDown lately. I downloaded it to try it an episode, liked it, downloaded another, and have now listened to all of the. I really like this podcast. It is nothing amazing as far as shooty information goes, so in that sense it is similar to some of the reality programming on the WWE Network. However, I really found the New Day entertaining during this. It just goes to show how much better WWE programming would probably be if it wasn't so scripted.
  15. Any updates on either Worldcast or Worldcast of the Champions?
  16. I dont really watch football, but I enjoyed this yesterday. It didnt seem to have all the "sports entertainment" gimmicks like in 2001. They do have the microphones and some people have weird things on their uniforms, but they weren't all "in your face" or XTREME about them like they were in 2001. I dont remember seeing any wrestling personalities or cheerleaders either. It seems like they are more separated from WWE then the first XFL was.
  17. I am assuming this means the AXS tv show is cancelled? Here in Canada they NJPW on Fight Network, which is also owned by Anthem Sports. I don't subscribe to Fight Network, but does this mean NJPW is also being cancelled here in Canada?
  18. I really liked the way Lucha Underground did their backstage stuff, where it was produced more like a dramatic tv series and less like a live show. Of course that would involve taping that stuff in a studio somewhere beforehand and playing the tape during the show, but I think it would be better.
  19. Sorry to be late to the party on this one, but this episode was amazing. I don't know a lot about The Destroyer, so I learned a lot about this episode. I really appreciated the work done on putting together the bio, and it was fun hearing about all the Japan stuff, since Worldcast/Titans have not discussed Japan too often before.
  20. Omega should push a janitor cart to the ring with like buckets and mops on it. And after squash matches he should take a rag and spray bottle out and use them on the jobbers. And he should make a list of as many cleaning and janitor puns he can and use them in all his promos and interviews.
  21. Also X Pac said like one line about the Monday night wars. This was informative to me about some of the behind the scenes of the different toys and manufacturers. I never knew why they switched from LJN to Hasbro before and found out that the original LJN figures were not supposed to be statues. The limbs were supposed to be bendable and the toys half the size. This makes me wonder what toys Mexico and Japan would have had.
  22. I have to say at a time that wwe is really letting me down, I am enjoying impact. I like that the wrestlers all feel different from each other . A problem with wwe is that all the wrestlers feel the same.
  23. Didn't Hogan originally win the title after like only a month of build up? I dont think not having a lot of build up necessarily corresponds with not having a successful title reign.
  24. The drive thru is still the best show especially when corny talks about 80s wrestling or smoky mountain. I also enjoy his stories about traveling.
  25. I agree. The dives seriously do not mean anything. They are in like every match. There is no reason for them. If you took them out, nobody would miss them.
