You have nailed Hollywood John Tatum to a tee with that promo with Barry Windham. I totally pictured Tatum doing it for real in my mind. Great stuff.

That's not changing for Smackdown on Sportsnet 360. It's gonna air live on Friday nights. From what I understand, Sportsnet wasn't interested in NXT, which is surprising. -
And now, if they could only announce where it's gonna be broadcasted in Canada so I can also get hyped like everyone else.

Ernie Ladd might've made the biggest mistake of his life by pissing off Blackjack Mulligan in attacking young Kendall. And now, imagine if big brother Barry sees this as well!

According to Uncle Dave, Vince has made it his mission to bury Cedric Alexander. 'Cause you know....reasons. -

Vince wasn't at RAW tonight. In fact, neither were Triple H and Kevin Dunn as well. Paul Heyman was running the show tonight. -
Point duly taken!

A bit sad that this is probably the last time it's defended on a WWE PPV but the Cruiserweight title will get a better reception with the NXT crowd.

Do we have the numbers for those current ticket sales at the moment? I mean, no, they're not sellouts but they still can be relatively good, right?

I haven't seen the doc yet but it feels to me like it's kind of a PR move from WWE to rehab Sasha in the eyes of those who questioned her motives behind leaving after Wrestlemania. I think that everyone can be sympathetic to her situation if you find out that she was depressed and/or burnt out but she didn't do anything to defuse the situation. If she would've released a statement on Twitter or something explaining why she left because she's depressed and burntout to "find herself" as she said, it could've been a completely different situation and you wouldn't hear about those alleged tantrums for dropping the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles to the IIconics. So in the end, I'm not sure if that doc has accomplished its goal the way WWE Chronicle or WWE 24 or WWE 365 usually does.

Yeop, we're getting close to that moment where Ratamyus will try to maim Jerry Lawler beyond recognition!

We first thought that Big Cass/CazXL had been able to work out his mental health issues but turns out that it unfortunately isn't the case, following this incident tonight at WrestlePro. I know that there are some conflicting reports about the whole situation (some said Cass was arrested; others not) and he was taken to a local hospital. I just hope he's gonna get the help he needs. https://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.php?id=129559 Long story short for those who don't wanna read the article: Cass was supposed to be a surprise entrant in a battle royal at the WrestlePro event. Cass confronted Joey Janela over something and some guys had to step in. Cass later threatened to beat up the whole locker room over an allegedly stolen sweater and it got to the point where he got into it with WrestlePro owner Pat Buck (who incidently was working his last show with WrestlePro since he's now a WWE producer). It got to the point where Pat Buck punched and knocked down Big Cass and eventually, police officers removed Cass from the building.

Oh man, we'll never hear the end of Buddy Landel defeating Bam Bam Gordy....even though it was Hercules Hernandez who provided him the win. And can we have Fuji Vice on Continental TV? PRETTY PLEAAAAAAAAAAAASE?

You're probably the only guy so far that I've seen showing some kind of optimism/excitement about Johnny Swinger debuting soon. Personally, I'll give it a chance, like I do with everything. For me, it will depend what use they'll make out of Swinger but you're right in if they push this to a big level of cheesiness, this could indeed be something good. I wouldn't even be surprised if they book Swinger vs Fallah Bahh pretty early on.

Indeed, great first show under this new format! Some really good stuff to start this new era and kudos to you for pulling off the Magnum TA title win against Bob Backlund. That's a bold call to make, considering how huge of a draw Backlund is in the Northeast but I feel like you have a lot to do with this going forward!

Again, no worries. It happens to all of us. You do what you can do, no big deal

So much great stuff in that show. Starting with Barry Windham getting revenge for the mugging his brother Kendall fell victim to, topped by The Great Kabuki costing Ricky Steamboat the World Class title. This will certainly be a story to follow here! After all, Kabuki and Steamboat had a few encounters here and there in Florida!

Also definitely looking forward (and hoping) that the Montreal Forum will make it on that list. Such a hotbed for pro wrestling in the 50s and 60s, almost at the same level MSG is/was.

Looking at the roof of the Capital Center in Landover, reminds me a bit of the Saddledome's in Calgary.
