Ok, people like to talk about who the worst commentator of all time is. I know. And if any of you are watching 1982 World Class, you know as well.
Jay Saldi is clearly the worst of all time. Hes a big dumb Pro Football player who cant talk, and hes ALSO an Apter mag fan. Hes like if Matt Striker ate paint chips as a toddler and also suffered brief crib death while getting hit in the head with a waffle iron.
I dont fucking get how any wrestling fan wants this to fail on any level. Even if you weirdly want people who are doing nothing but succeeding taken down a peg for no sane reason.
Itll make sense, since he laid down the Dead Man garb in the ring last year. And as much as I dug Big Evil Taker, in 2018 America, him and Kid Rock are the fucking heels at least to me. 😀
Grimmas, I agree with you completely. And I watch the HULU version. But if they could make a Mute Coach ap, it would be swell.
He stinks.
I dont blame him as he got tossed right into this without any time to relearn it, but I cant wait for him to just become mediocre. Which is his ceiling.
Yeah, I dont blame anyone , including Bradshaw, for saying stupid or crazy shit on that show. Except Vince, who put wrestling people who were in shock, devastated, angry, confused, and scared on TV to get their take.
I'm listening to The Bar on the Edge and Christian pod, and Shaemus said that The Bar got their name because at first they wanted to do a Thumbs Up during the entrance pose, but they felt that Trump ruined the " thumbs up". So they did the halfway thumbs, and workshopped it into "The Bar." Theyre the fucking best. And I dont know why punctuation wont post off my phone.
I am 99% sure that no one will give a shit. The only thing they could do that would be actually damaging would be the First Annual Chris Benoit Submission Match Tournament.
Dude, its about the whole TV package . I know you mean well, but you cant imagine how fucking stupid I find it when the reaction to old TV I love is Whats da best matches ?
Koko was awesome. He was the featured guy on the Piledriver album, and since the WWE HOF now encompasses whole careers, his Memphis run is amazing and should count.
Well, Randy Orton is a guy who got pushed to the top as a kid, reacted as a kid would do, and is now a totally chill happily married family man. Del Rio is a grown man who loves blow.
No one loves Memphis tv at that time more than me, but a lot of the studio matches were just typical tv job stuff. The promos, angles, and cut highlights from the big shows were the meat.
Exactly. Its why when the eighties boom happened, and I started seeing tv with some good matches, like Mid South and World Class it blew my mind. Crockett would occasionally throw ya a bone, but the promos were so good you dont mind.
