KrisZ Posted April 16, 2014 Report Posted April 16, 2014 Sting made his WWE debut tonight on the Network talking about Warrior and I missed it
Exposer Posted April 16, 2014 Report Posted April 16, 2014 Damn, me too. Is it on the Warrior Special? We can always watch the replay.
C.S. Posted April 16, 2014 Report Posted April 16, 2014 Damn, me too. Is it on the Warrior Special? We can always watch the replay. I tried watching it last night. Kept kicking me off (Roku). Hope that's fixed by now.

Kept kicking me off (Roku). Hope that's fixed by now. I recently got the network and it did the same thing last night when I watched it on Xbox 360. When I watch it on my phone, the stream worked great.
shoe Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 Now with the Roku it looks like we have all the Legends of Wrestling showing up under the header.
cowboy hats Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 - What is on Wrestlemania Fallout? - David Koechner appeared as a talking head on the countdown of greatest entrances.
DMJ Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 I know I'm late to the party and just got the Network last night on my Roku. It is working great. Here's my question: I downloaded the WWE app on my iPad and get the "Live" Network - in fact, it automatically goes there when I click on the App. But how do I get to the video vault and get off the live feed? Answer me here or PM me if you know what I can do/click to get to the Search on the vault with an iPad.

Answer me here or PM me if you know what I can do/click to get to the Search on the vault with an iPad. Click the button in the upper left corner to bring up the menu sidebar. The "WWE Network" option gives you everything, unlike the splash screen which only lets you click through to the live stream.
BillThompson Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 I know it's coming, but I'm chomping at the bit for them to put up all the Clashes and Saturday Night Main Event's. I can't wait for them to get up even more stuff in fact, but either way I'd have to say that so far I'm happy with the way, and the pace at which, they've rolled out content.
BillThompson Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 I'm watching King of the Ring '94, and Art Donovan is considered the worst celebrity announcer ever, right?

The Chief Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 I'm watching King of the Ring '94, and Art Donovan is considered the worst celebrity announcer ever, right? If you mean worst as in unintentionally great, then yes! :-)
JNLister Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 - What is on Wrestlemania Fallout? Each episode is one match (Wyatt-Cena and Taker-Lesnar so far). They show a few minutes of the build-up stuff, the match in full including entrances, then somebody from the match (Cena and Heyman so far) doing a fake post-match press conference while they scroll real tweets from WWE guys and reporters (including Wade Keller).
Bix Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 My advance review of Legends' House from the media lunch Tuesday is up now: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2031378-wwe-legends-house-review-first-impressions-and-cast-interviews I really like how the article came out, and the show was much better than I was expecting.
PeteF3 Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 - David Koechner appeared as a talking head on the countdown of greatest entrances. Koechner was actually going to be brought in as a precursor to the RTC gimmick. He was shown on-camera a few times holding up a "World Wrestling Filth" sign, but the teased angle never went anywhere. This was in '99, I think, when Russo was still there.

If you mean worst as in unintentionally great, then yes! :-) Oh yeah, I had fun with how awful he was. Highlight had to be when Luger makes his appearance. Savage and Monsoon go on and on about Luger and him being an all-American, etc. After about three minutes of this there's a minute of silence and Donovan finally chirps in with, "who's the guy in the American flag shirt?"
Robert S Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 I'm watching King of the Ring '94, and Art Donovan is considered the worst celebrity announcer ever, right? Jason Hervey was much worse.

Hollinger. Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 Legends of Wrestling tags have been updated on Apple TV as well. Now they just need to fix Old School and things should be perfect.

I love how Donovan asks pretty much in every match " How much does this guy weigh?". You can tell Monsoon really gets annoyed and just stops acknowledging him after a while. Savage to his credit does tolerate him it seems.

Savage's response of "Exactly like it, except completely different!" about caused me to do a spit take.
flyonthewall2983 Posted April 18, 2014 Report Posted April 18, 2014 I liked it. It's really not like a lot of these kinds of shows where they throw random people together and see what happens. They all know each other in varying degrees so the camaraderie and tension that flares up feels more genuine to a degree. Really surprised at the first episode, though I still cringe at what may come soon.
dr. David Rubio Posted April 18, 2014 Report Posted April 18, 2014 My god was tonight's Warrior special amazing. So shockingly genuine, brutally honest, and tremendously edited. The CM Punk doc was a great film, but this one is even better. It is shorter in length, but because there are so many more years of history, so much more never-before-seen footage, more interesting talking heads, and a much more dramatic story and ending--it is more interesting biographical piece. The McMahon family talking heads were fascinating. -Vince crying made me cry. -Hunter asking Hulk not to interact with Warrior until after the Hall of Fame so as not to ruin the good vibes -Watching Linda's interaction with Warrior, I can't help but think of how devastated she must be.
