I mean under this, shouldn't the 3 way match with Dana vs Sasha vs Bayley have continued during the double pin. Now I would like for this to be the standard but something tells me it won't a couple months from now

The announcers glossed over it, but watching the replay Chioda never calls for the bell after the tap, the timekeeper rings the bell too early. It was unnecessarily confusing.

But the announcers talked like Styles was eliminated. That added to the clusterfuck feel.

I didn't see it but from reading twitter it seems like the point was for it to have a clusterfuck feel so AJ could take advantage of the confusion and win.

I don't think that came across. If that had been the case, the announcers should have talked about confusion and Cena and Ambrose should have sold it. It felt like they were all legitimately confused rather than telling a story of confusion.

 

Also, Cena was lousy in that match.

Someone really needs to sit Cena down with some of his matches from 2007 when he was really good and tell him to stop pretending he's wrestling in Reseda.

Well I must say I can't remember a babyface getting such a lukewarm reaction to a match where the career is on the line. Not that the Miz is the face because the crowd hates him too.

It's got to be because they feel like Miz has so much heat and that Dolph is such a favorite that they don't want to end the show on what they feel is a huge downer.

Great match, lousy finish. Dolph's HBK cosplay is horrendous, especially since HBK himself buried Dolph for it on the Stone Cold Podcast.

That was pretty great. Wanted Miz to get the W but the crowd eat that up...which makes me wonder why they didn't end the show with this match.
