flyonthewall2983
the company (usually) would give a body part for the type of press being seen with the President would give you. They even faked one going to WrestleMania. One funny thing I noticed was that in the Royal Rumble '95, Lawler makes a joke about Bill Clinton and Vince lets it slide. I can only imagine, because the federal gov't case against him intensified during the Clinton administration, the animus he has for them.
van_Fair
Well first and foremost any kind of expansion plans WWE had in China are now dead. American-Chinese relations are going to become very frosty and since WWE has very close ties with Trump and Linda being part of the government, the Chinese government will throw a wrench into any kind of business WWE will attempt to do in the next four years. If the Trump administrations does go bad, then there is a good chance that WWE will become a propaganda tool. Which would make criticizing the booking a punishable offence. Then it will be interesting to see who in the wrestling media will fall in line (Alvarez), who will stay true and be in a risky position (Keller) and who will get themselves into hot water by underestimating the situation (Meltzer). WingedEagle
I've shoehorned some shady psychology justifying the network at this point by bumping my monthly ACLU donation to a multiple of the network expense. Right or wrong it helps me sleep at night. With my sports teams a few levels below the gutter, wrestling is my main passion/hobby. Hanging on as long as I can. I had some misgivings at first, but I don't think mine or anybody's WWE Network subscription needs justification in light of this. I feel like anyone that protests WWE because of this is keeping their eye off the ball.

hammerva
Trying to figure out the wrestling equivalent of Kellyane Conway. Maybe early SMW Tammy Sytch before he started getting it. You need that right level of passive aggressiveness and "I don't you so" annoyance
Loss
Kellyanne is a great heel and would make an outstanding wrestling character. She'd need lots of clients who say ridiculous things, then go back and say "If you really listen to what he said, I think you'll see what he meant was ..." and that sort of thing. Could be a great gimmick. I don't know that anyone is fully analogous.
FMKK
That would be a perfect role for Maryse after The Miz has one of his semi-frequent breakdowns on Talking Smack On another note, I wonder if any enterprising Dem senator will be itching to cut a promo on Linda McMahon ahead of her cabinet appointment hearing thing. It's nice not to feel like a stranger in my own country. I agree with you . Trump won the election and things will improve in America . No one is suffering , unless you call tax reform ,ending Dodd-Frank , killing Obama Care , making money in the market and just enforcing the law suffering. If the socialist left are upset about Trump they have only themselves to blame. Hillary Clinton was the worst candidate they could have put up against the Republicans. America is still a Christian right nation , so the Democrats are going to have to find a middle of the road candidate if they want the White House back in 4 years . The progressive experiment is over. Outside of the major cities Trump still has major support. The Democrats should stop crying and focus on the mid-term elections .. I lived thur Obama 's hell and never complained . My mother almost lost her home because of the last President. My insurance premiums have doubled and I am looking at a 68 % increase in the fall. My hours at work were slashed because of the Affordable Care Act . There is 35 to 40% unemployment in the heartland . Violence in our cities is at a all time high. The Middle East is on fire and Europe is being over run by the conflict 's victims . The elite in NYC , DC , Silicon Valley and Hollywood continue to get richer. In the meanwhile the people in Ohio , Michigan , West Virginia and Kentucky wallow in poverty Gee , thanks. Barry . If you don't like Trump , blame Barry . Obama's radical attempt to transform America into socialist state created the conditions for Trump election. That said I am a moderate who vote for Trump because he was my only choice. There was no one else.
