El Dragon Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Like, honestly, was anyone really looking forward to anything on this show except Firefly Fun House?
sek69 Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 It's amazing that WWE feels the need to humiliate the Revival for turning down an offer, yet the tag titles on one show are on a jobber team, and there's only 4 actual teams on the other (which includes the Colons who have been in the phantom zone forever).

Did I miss another humiliation segment? I only saw The Usos creeping around.
hammerva Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Given the look of death and worry in these kids faces, it is nice they found kids from the crowd to tonight's show for the Firefly Funhouse
sek69 Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 WWE's official preview for this week wondered if last week's segment was just the first humiliation for the Revival.
Jmare007 Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 So what is the Wild Card rule? I tuned in because I read D-Bry showed up and is wrestling tonight, but the commentary team did nothing to explain that shit, just said this match was happening because of it EDIT: Ah, now Cole explained it.
Loss Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Vince put over the concept in such a self-deprecating way that I wasn't sure if he really meant it. I didn't get the sense that this is a new thing so much as Vince was making fun of himself for being out of touch.
sek69 Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 I finally figured it out, all this time the Iron Sheik has been working production for WWE. CAMERAMAN, ZOOM!
Badlittlekitten Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Ugh why they doing this to the Usos. Fuck sake.
C.S. Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 *Groan* Icy Hot doesn't work the way they think it does.
Tenese Sarwieh Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Someone was watching Lucas to much in the back, this pure trash.
Loss Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Imagine viewing yourself and the people around you in such a way.
C.S. Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Give The Revival credit though for doing this red icy hot garbage with gusto. You can't say they aren't team players. They're embracing this shit 110%.
Tenese Sarwieh Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 I can't wait to see the rating for this later in the week.
Loss Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 I really hate this shit of getting monsters over by having them come out when stuff unrelated to them is happening to destroy people. Why not just put them in squashes? This is what I was talking about in how they don't treat opening match acts with value. Just do a Lars-NWJ match and make it a squash.
...TG Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 All credit to the Usos for apparently inventing their own sweat and water activated version of Icy Hot. They're talented chemists as well as tag team wrestlers.
sek69 Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 Now Lars doing cool stuff and murdering people happens in front of a crowd who just had to sit through the Revival acting like dogs with itchy assholes.
hammerva Posted May 7, 2019 Report Posted May 7, 2019 So I thought the "wild card rule" only applied to 3 people at a time. So one of these 4 (Reigns, Bryan, Kofi, Lars) is actually a RAW guy or I don't have a clue what this rule actually is

I'm giving WWE too much credit. Edit: Elias was also on the show tonight, and he's a Smackdown guy, so the "rule" is already out the window.
