sek69 Posted February 1, 2024 Report Posted February 1, 2024 Also Buddy probably wants to get back to WWE to make sure Rhea and Dom don't work themselves into a shoot, brother. Quote
strobogo Posted February 1, 2024 Report Posted February 1, 2024 I'm not going to be bummed if/when Buddy and Black go back to WWE, nor do I particularly care about people not wanting to do jobs (what happened to supporting worker's rights), but they've been involved in a bangers in AEW. Buddy in particular has really shined since Collision started. Quote

There's refusing to job because it makes no sense to do one and refusing to job because you just want to be difficult (hi Shawn!). Quote
TheDuke Posted February 1, 2024 Report Posted February 1, 2024 I liked Alister Black the best when he was teaming with Ricochet, but then I love buddy cop movies and odd couple tag teams like Orton and Riddle. Quote
Timbo Slice Posted February 1, 2024 Report Posted February 1, 2024 Black had a suddenness to his offense and a snap to everything he did, but a good chunk of that is now gone due to his back issue. He can adjust somewhat, but I don’t blame him for wanting more money, being with his wife, and maybe some more flexibility. Quote
Mr Wrestling 2000 Posted February 2, 2024 Report Posted February 2, 2024 I loved Tommy End but every name change has made him a little worse. i dont blame anyone in AEW wanting to go back to WWE and keep their spouse safe at this point either Quote
Embrodak Posted February 3, 2024 Report Posted February 3, 2024 Florida filing an official charge against Cash Wheeler. I assume he’ll prob plead down for community service and probation or something like that. Quote

Embrodak Posted February 4, 2024 Report Posted February 4, 2024 I don’t wish anything on Cash Wheeler in particular absent actual context, but pointless and arbitrary road rage is genuinely one of the only things I have a fear of. Everybody fucks up driving at least once in a while, and that turning into something violent or even deadly freaks me out. Quote

PeteF3 Posted February 14, 2024 Report Posted February 14, 2024 "So...come crawling back, eh?" Evidently Cody "lost" QT's number at some point. Quote
sek69 Posted February 14, 2024 Report Posted February 14, 2024 Its funny how he left because he wanted to wrestle more, but hasn't done much if anything since dropping the AAA Latin American title a few months back. Quote
Jmare007 Posted February 28, 2024 Report Posted February 28, 2024 Fuck it. Book Arena México for this year's Forbidden Door. Quote
Robert S Posted February 28, 2024 Report Posted February 28, 2024 Could they work on tribal land? Quote
Timbo Slice Posted February 29, 2024 Report Posted February 29, 2024 How do you fuck up visas other than not wanting to pay for it? Quote
NintendoLogic Posted February 29, 2024 Report Posted February 29, 2024 The CMLL front office has apparently been a clown show ever since Paco Alonso died, so this story doesn't really come as a surprise. Also, I can see how they wouldn't be too keen on their talent taking better-paying and higher-profile bookings in the States and thus wouldn't go out of their way to facilitate that. Quote

Would it be CMLL's responsibility or the offices' (resp. indies' - only half of the people listed have worked for AEW) duty to ensure that work visas are in order? Quote
