NintendoLogic
Alicia did nothing wrong. Not only is there nothing inappropriate about informing your significant other that one of their coworkers is talking shit about them behind their back, it should be expected. There's also nothing wrong in principle with confronting a coworker who's talking shit about you behind your back, although MJF obviously crossed the line if he stormed into the women's locker room and punched a wall. In any event, Punk's comments about working with children have once again been vindicated.

For an AEW story to have multiple versions and reporters having to go "well actually" after shit goes viral.

Yep. It's like "here we go again" with AEW. One report says the majority of the locker room has sympathy for Britt Baker after being suspended. Who really knows though. WingedEagle
Whether the conflict is with a coworker or a child who got in the way of a drink he was looking to spill, MJF can seemingly matrix his way out of any internal heat. Pretty impressive.
strobogo
The newest version of the story just sounds like Britt is an absolute dickhead
Timbo Slice
TK did another Le Batard Show appearance and was wearing a WBD hat so I think the cat will soon be out of the bag for the upcoming TV contract.

What the hell did he expect. He made a stupid tweet about their biggest star they had and then got called out according to the article to his face and now screaming harassment. Hard to have sympathy when he got called out for his stupid tweet to his face. Good Riddance. I can’t name one match that dude has had or any promo he cut that did anything to entertain anyone. He can say it’s cause of Punk he lost his AEW gig but is it really?
sek69
He followed his brother to TNA where so far the highlight has been Joe Hendry cutting a promo to his face calling him out for riding Dolph's coat tails.
El-P
The fact Bobby Lashley is one of those "Let's defend Vince McMahon still" is another reason why the Hurt Business is actual bad vibes for AEW. Also, Vince McMahon did not feed thousands of people. Thousands of people's work made Vince a billionaire. I think Lashley might be a legit MAGA dumbfuck too. C.S.
Zak Knight has been released.
El-P
3 hours ago, C.S. said: Zak Knight has been released. Contract expired. The guy has been on contract for one year, has worked a handful of ROF match, was involved in one angle with Cool Hand Hang & Ruby Soho, never to be seen again. I actually thought he was really good too. But really now. Why sign all these people to never use them ? Apparently there will be more non-renewal, and with such a bloated roster, it's time to trim down people you don't use or don't plan to use in a significant way. And speaking of the infamous Knight family, Saraya has signed an extension in October, she hasn't done anything (not to mention talked about maybe wanting to go back to WWE one day, which is always a great way to get booked). Considering what she has brought to the table (not much), I doubt we'll see much more of her. Leila Hirsch is gone too. That is too bad. I always enjoyed her. She got fucked by injuries, but she had a lot of potential to be something different. I doubt WWE would pick her for obvious reasons. In TNA, no doubt. Fénix being gone is a good thing. There was no point just hanging on to his contract. It won't change anything to the dynamics, and as much as I LOVE to watch Fénix, the truth is, there's so much awesome workers in AEW, including on the lucha side, that his absence has not been felt on the programs. Now that the malcontents are gone (BTW, have you seen Miro first thing going to Quatar to do a job for.... Alberto. That certainly says a whole lot about *his* character. Good riddance), Coach TK should really be a lot more picky in term of who he signs. Only top tier workers (like Alexander/Speedball) or potential game changers (not that there are any on the market) or younger workers with true potentials, and only people who actually want to work there. As far as people not being used, whatever happened with Scorpio Sky ? Is he still under contract ? Last seen waiting in line to get into Private Party's private party. C.S.
I'll be honest: I posted that inconsequential Zak Knight "news" with a bit of a wink, hoping to get a detailed response like yours, @El-P. You didn't disappoint. In all seriousness though, I'm hoping Tony has learned his lesson about signing anybody and everybody. It seems that he has. Extending Saraya's deal is a bit baffling to me, but I'm guessing he thinks she'll be useful enough to trot out once a year for Wembley. Fair enough, if so, I guess. Scorpio Sky is someone I often wonder about too. I thought he was eventually going to grow into the spot Swerve has now as "The First Black AEW World Champion." But it never happened. While I like him and see his potential, I'm not really sure he'd fare any better in WWE.
The Thread Killer
So I guess at the Pre-Revolution press conference, somebody asked Tony Khan about his change in attitude towards releasing talent, and had this to say: “I do think it’s a case-by-case basis,” Khan said (per Fightful). “I think everything is a case-by-case basis, and so much of life is a case-by-case basis. Philosophically, there is a change in what I’ve been doing. It felt like the right thing for the company and everyone involved at this point. That’s the thinking behind that.” Khan continued, “It’s on a case by case basis and they are all different situations. In this case, they did have similar outcomes. It’s fair to ask why now and why I wouldn’t have done that before. I just decided that’s what I thought was the right thing to do at this point.”

Really good worker, but not overly spectacular. Not much in term of charisma/character. Always been that way, including during his TNA days. It's amazing looking back at him winning the TNA title twice, for those who do remember (because it was nothing but forgettable). Ortiz was injured I believe, but same. Although, not exactly same because he always was the more charismatic of LAX back in the days. Still, he's been absent for ever by now. Maybe when Eddie Kingston gets back, who knows. C.S.
Does anyone care about Cope anymore? At least now the rest of the fans have finally woken up and figured out what I/we already knew a long time ago: Christian is a million times better. sek69
I think once the shock of "holy shit, a top level WWE guy jumped ship" wore off, people started remembering how the end of that WWE stint went.
Stiva
If it’s any credit, I think his stuff with Mox has been the best of it since the whole DR thing began in earnest post-Danielson. I just want to see him in some more left-field matches and feuds. I have an odd interest in seeing him go against Kenny Omega and you have to think that’s a match they’ll do at some point. Also, good to see them packing over 11,000 into the arena for Revolution last night. I’m glad their upswing in quality has improved the live gates because those TV and PPVs were feeling really flat and lifeless for a while
