Rice and Dukes should definitely be in, since Rice was winning titles in 1987, and was teaming with Dukes by 1988. Sbraccia is an interesting case as he technically did debut in 1984, but was only 14 years old. He wrestled his first match at 16 in 1986, so I guess technically he would turn 18 at some point in 1988, but I don't really see him leaving New England until he finishes high school.

When you have a roster that size, the fact that they are spending that much time on him, a guy who isn't cleared to wrestle, and a green giant instead of one of the other men or women far more deserving of TV time, I would call that too much of a push no matter the outcome of his matches.

Even if you discount the allegations of him being a piece of shit who got women fired from Ring of Honor because they wouldn't fuck him.... He is a bland, cookie cutter wrestler who only ever became relevant because he did a half decent Randy Savage impression, and somehow parlayed that into a career where he became the "Ace" of RoH long after that company meant a damn thing. He is a decent hand at best who doesn't deserve the level of push he has gotten.

From that never ending segment to Jay Lethal. This show is off to a shit start.

Not sure of the validity of the Malakai rumors, but that was another unnecessary loss and a meh finish.

Disagree about the She-Hulk show being terrible, but the match with Jade dressed as She-Hulk was certainly terrible, but she looked great. (Dressed as She-Hulk, not in the ring)

Well that was a great usage of music and a mystery man but an absolutely deflating ending for a car crash ladder match that the crowd was into all at the same time.
