  1. From what I've seen and heard which admittedly is not much, Bill was better on-camera than calling the action.
  2. Surprised no one has mentioned this yet. Trended on Twitter for awhile.
  3. Leon White episode goes up Tuesday
  4. The better option would have been to have Lawler do pot shots back instead of making a big production out of it.
  5. I thought it would have been funny at some point he cut his hair short, and dyed his hair blonde again because He could have even used the toothpick (also doubling as a tribute to Scott Hall, who's idea it was to turn him into The Crow).
  6. I skipped the LARP stuff. Was cool seeing Jim do a cartwheel, didn't think he'd still be able to. I'd love to see the raw footage of that dinner scene, I'm sure it was good for a few laughs. Especially Piper, with his hair still colored from the LARP.
  7. Rabbit season.
  8. What did he do for them? He's a name I've come across because of the scandals but didn't know (or just overlooked) he was any kind of on-air talent.
  9. How WCW misused Tenta is pretty sad and typical for a company that had an embarrassment of riches when it came to their roster. Seeing him do the Oddities thing later in WWF felt even worse because they made him a clown.
  10. Didn't he try out after AWA went out of business, shortly before WCW picked him up? I haven't listened to the whole interview yet.
  11. I didn't bother with it tonight but next week's episode looks good.
  12. DDP posted pictures of Chris interviewing him and Jake Roberts for the show.
  13. Their stock went up today after the news that WWE Films signed a deal with Lionsgate.
  14. Steve just tweeted that he's talking to Leon White tomorrow.
  15. Zakk Wylde is an Ultimate Warrior fan. Didn't know that, but not surprised.
  16. Am I reading this right, there are two separate firms investigating this?
  17. I'm sure we'll see them all go up as before with the Clash shows. I said before I was surprised SNME didn't go up first, but now that I think about it there are a lot more music rights issues with them then there are the COC's (tee-hee).
  18. Caesar & Cleo walking by Randy Savage writhing on the ground is an image that sticks out as an unfortunate simile to his last couple of years in the company.
  19. Just how serious is this latest loss going to affect the company?
  20. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bn99kaZCcAAW3bW.jpg:large Thought this was funny
  21. It's impossible because those kinds of things don't get over with crowds who are easily provoked into cheering or booing. Shows like Breaking Bad are best watched by yourself, or at the most a number of your friends and family.
  22. Story-line wise I don't think wrestling could ever be as multi-faceted and interesting as a lot of the really good cable shows. Part of why is timing. Some of the really good shows in the post-Sopranos era have taken their entire arc to build to what we would call the blow-off. Angles generally don't have those kinds of arcs, and if they do they're on shaky ground because any number of things could happen. This other angle could take away all your steam because it has gotten more fan attention, there could be any number of personal or business disputes behind the scenes that puts it all in risk, and to be incredibly timely because of the Daniel Bryan situation, injuries. This isn't in direct relation to the question, but the fans of those shows in general cross a lot of different lines, including income.
