IIRC there was a movement in WWE (or maybe it was just for NXT) for the women to start wearing skimpier outfits. I would imagine Mandy had no problem with that (which is fine), but I wouldn't expect everyone to feel the same way.

TBF I would assume there's a difference between choosing to wear something like that and having your boss have you wear it for skeevy reasons.
