  1. Punk's career just can't be compared to Jericho's. Chris Jericho has been in the business for around 30 years or so but his in-ring skills or charisma isn't as good as Punk's. CM Punk has had a better career with a lot of modern classics since 2002 like his trilogy vs Samoa Joe in 2004, the first Summer of Punk 2005 or his WWE run that had two matches of the year vs John Cena 2011 and vs Brock Lesnar 2013. vs Samoa Joe I, II and III: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV18b411M7CU/?spm_id_from=333.337.search-card.all.click The Summer of Punk: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV17b411K7sM/?spm_id_from=333.999.0.0 vs John Cena: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1he4y1F7wz/?spm_id_from=333.337.search-card.all.click vs Brock Lesnar: https://www.facebook.com/WWEBrasil/videos/wwe-full-match-cm-punk-vs-brock-lesnar-no-disqualification-match-summerslam-2013/979400939522409/ He has been more consistent too.

    Super Dragon

His work in the ROH vs CZW feud was awesome until he got injured and his match against Necro Butcher in 2006 is a classic but still he isn't a top 100 wrestler ever in my opinion. vs Necro Butcher
  3. This match goes hard, one of the greatest discoveries I've ever made as a wrestling fan. Ahead of their time.
  4. I loved it, as great as any other French Catch match of 1957, the year is so good that this match is only slightly above average. Awesome though.
  5. This is a hard accusation, maybe you're right but there's no real proof so I think it's too early to draw conclusions like this.
  6. The best match of 2006, it's fun all along, my favourite car crash of all time. It's the culmination of the rivalry that began in January, this is so chaotic that I want to think that nobody won at the end of the day. I can't recommend this match enough, it's all awesome from beginning to end, the greatest Wargames match ever. Even better than 1991 Wargames.
  7. There wasn't anyone in 1984 as good as El Satánico, maybe Fujiwara was close thanks to his feud with Super Tiger. El Satánico had a match with Atlantis 1/20, his famous match against El Gran Cochisse 9/14 and Shiro Koshinaka 7/13. vs Atlantis 1/20 El Gran Cochisse 9/14 vs Shiro Koshinaka 7/13
  8. Agree, I don't care it's clear that he won't work for WWE ever again so all the noise and speculations are pointless.
  9. The best tournament of 2017 in my opinion. https://vk.com/video5773044_456242219
  10. First Round Marius Al-Ani vs Timothy Thatcher Mike Bailey vs Matt Riddle Jeff Cobb vs Walter Bobby Guns vs David Starr Semifinals Timothy Thatcher vs Jeff Cobb Matt Riddle vs Bobby Gunns Final Timothy Thatcher vs Matt Riddle Winner: Matt Riddle
  11. Agree, Akira Hokuto is one of my favourite wrestlers ever and that always seemed strange for her but I ended up loving it.
  12. https://vk.com/search?c[per_page]=40&c[q]=jerry lawler vs bill dundee&c[section]=video&c[sort]=2&z=video496410132_456239129 Here it is, one of the greatest singles matches of all time. Enjoy it.
  13. One of my favourite apuestas ever, MOTY of 1990 for me, the amount of hate they have for each other can be felt with every strike, seeing El Dandy bloodied trying to survive the beating that El Satánico is inflicting him is beautiful. I personally love the ending with Dandy faking a low blow blew me away the first time I saw it and still is one of my favourite finishes to a match.
  14. I thought the same thing, I think that the 1987 match was better than this match but this is still a MOTYC of 1997 for me. Negro Casas lost his hair with dignity, that's what I expèct out of an apuesta. **** for me.
  15. It's a five star classic marked by that tombstone, Luis El Gayo had an incredible performance that night truly one of a kind. Jacky Corn was also awesome as always.
  16. I agree, a short match with a lot of innovative offense, but it isn't a stand out bout in France in my humble opinion.

    Necro Butcher

I completely agree but I understand why he's so divisive, Necro isn't what you picture when you think of great wrestlers, some people will be turned of by the nature of most of his work. He was the best wrestler in the world in 2006, Necro Butcher was the most important character in one of the greatest feuds ever. A top 70 in my opinion.

    Rambo

Remember the second apuesta between Rambo and Villano III was a great Hair vs Mask match in AAA 1993. It wasn't the best match of AAA that year but it's worth noting nonetheless. The first one was in 1987, there's a link to both. 10/25/1987: 9/24/1993:
  19. I loved it, Ric Flair being the despicable heel he is so good at being and Randy Savage as a babyface with the crowd behind him, it can't go wrong. It's the first really great WrestleMania main event, they go so fast in the first half of the match with Savage chasing Flair around the ring, seeing Mr Perfect pulling Randy and distracting the referee is also delightful. At one point towards the end of the match Miss Elizabeth enters the ring while Flair tries to submit Savage, the crowd goes nuts after this. At the end Randy wins the WWF World Heavyweight Title with a roll-up. Randy Savage is a fantastic seller and this match proves it.
  20. What about 2009 to 2011 CHIKARA? I think it is a great run and deserves to be considered here. In 2010 CHIKARA was the promotion of the year (maybe not thanks to Futen's great run), in 2009 we had the greatest match in the company's history at the Aniversario show and the 12 Large Summit in 2011 gave us the most heartwarming moment of the year.
  21. Chris Hero had a great year in PWG, ROH, a great match in Evolve and the final of the 16 Carat Gold in WXW, not only as a singles wrestler but also as a tag team with Claudio Castagnoli. vs The Briscoes 6/19 vs Akira Tozawa 9/5 vs Ikuto Hadaka 3/13 vs Big Van Walter 3/7 No one was at same level as Chris Hero in 2010.
  22. His match against Andre in 1968 is great, his longevity is the main reason why I considered him, his chain match against Dave Taylor in 1986 amazed me and his match against Terry Rudge in Hamburg in 1987 is awesome. A lot of good stuff in a 20 year span.
  23. He had one of the best peaks in wrestling history, his match against MS-1 got me into lucha thanks to the intensity that he brought to the table, beyond his great singles matches he is also a big part of some good to great trios matches at the time. The biggest problem of Sangre Chicana as a candidate is the lack of footage, still a serious contender to enter my top 100. Maybe the greatest big match wrestler ever, his case is very similar to Akira Hokuto's, while Hokuto had the greatest match of all time against Shinobu Kandori, Sangre Chicana had great matches against the lights of El Satánico, Perro Aguayo and MS-1.
