this was one weird ass show. JBL randomly leaving the announce booth and dancing his way to meet Teddy Long was a what in the flying fuck moment. it seemed to make Steph break character and laugh. Then Stephanie, Teddy and Johnny Ace dancing to Adam Rose's music and grinding into each other.

yeah the backstage segment was great "Why are we this close?"

Here's the newest merch: (http://shop.wwe.com/New/New,default,sc.html) the newest being "zombified" shirts and figures. Including HBZ and Roman Brains. The Ambrose stuff is centered around the word "UNSTABLE" with some sort of anarchy-style symbol for his initials.

This isn't used on the merch I'm finding, but does anyone think the Ambrose name "logo" on his titantron:

looks kinda like Cheap Trick's?

I saw at Scooter's blog that Reigns is selling much more merchandise than Ambrose and Bryan. There is a strange dynamic in WWE where the live crowds reactions are not being reflected in the hard numbers. It's probably why the company seems confused on who to push and when to push them

Here is the complete list:
Arena merchandise sellers, in order: Cena (greatly outdistancing everyone else), Reigns, Usos, Wyatt Family, Lesnar, Sting, Sheamus, Bryan, Ambrose and Hogan.
Online merchandise sellers, in order: Cena (again by a wide margin), Ambrose, Reigns, Lesnar, Austin, A.J. Lee, Bryan, Brie Bella, Hogan and Warrior. No Dwayne Johnson, Orton or Undertaker on either list.
For starters, these are the merch sales for the month of September only. Bryan hasn't been on TV in close to five months and Ambrose returned in late September so you would expect Reigns to be higher. They've been pumping out a lot of Ambrose merch as of late so I have a feeling that his merch is starting to sell really well. I'm surprised Bryan is still on the list to be honest.

Any news on Daniel Bryan's condition?

Set to be back in December for the TLC PPV. Bryan and Reigns should be back at the exact same time. There's thought of delaying either of their returns until the Royal Rumble. Barrett will back at that same time frame too.

RR would be a better idea, if just to give them more time to heal. So is he 100% now? I really thought, from what I was reading, that he might be finished.

I suppose had you asked me I wouldn't have guessed that they were still running Smackdown in major venues. Are they doing a good job filling arenas like the Wells Fargo Center for a B show tv taping? Or is it just that some cities will always show up for shows (including house shows)?

I never really got why people were thinking that. There were complications in his recovery but I never sensed a "he might be done" vibe in any of his interviews after the injury or any of the reports about him during that time.

Anyone have any guesses on how Bryan would do as a longterm babyface champion like John Cena? When he won the title, the dirtsheets quoted his detractors as saying that he was best in the chase, but since he had a feud with Kane ending in his injury we didn't get any solid evidence one way or the other.
