goodhelmet Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I think we might do a HHH show. Quote
SteveJRogers Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I think we might do a HHH show. LOL! Only if you have Scott Criscuolo, or any other Triple H fan as the counter point! But, you'd have to use classic Dan Aykroyd to Jane Curtin putdowns. "Scott, you ignorant slut!" Quote
Dylan Waco Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I will do an HHH show but only if it formatted like the wrestlers better than HHH thread. Quote
JerryvonKramer Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 Dylan, if you ever want to do a show in which I list guys and you tell me why they are better than HHH, you know my skype handle! Quote
Grimmas Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 A Triple H show with Scott and Dylan would be epic. Quote
goodhelmet Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I am Scott's new best friend. We'll get it done! Quote
bradhindsight Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I am Scott's new best friend. We'll get it done! Giving the people what they want! Quote
rainmakerrtv Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I think a Triple H show would be very interesting, not a hatchet job but a precise, objective look at his work and legacy, inside and outside the ring. Quote
Gregor Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 You can do one for Michaels but not HHH? Quote

Complete with instances where its clear those who damn him for certain things (specifically refusing to put people over), consider others who do the same thing to be "best for business (i.e. Austin making political plays against wrestlers the IWC hates (Jarrett, Gunn), or instances where he is proven correct (putting over Lesnar on Raw). SteveJRogers Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 You can do one for Michaels but not HHH? Michales never had a "Reign of Terror" and with the exception of being the "first to four different title belts" never tried to set records with "imaginary titles." Nor did he sleep his way to the top, and seemed willing to do jobs, without "getting his win back" during his second act. Quote
Loss Posted January 10, 2014 Author Report Posted January 10, 2014 I think Shawn has actual value as a performer. That's the difference. I don't want to do a podcast about a guy I can't say very much nice about. Quote

I don't want to do a podcast about a guy I can't say very much nice about. There is that as well = Argue Michaels' placement, and add personal feelings about his IRL persona into the equation all you want, but he should be in conversations among the best of all time as an in-ring performer and as a pro-wrestling character. Triple H? Not so much! When the best attributes you can say is that he was/is a masterful backstage politician, his in ring character and performer probably leads much to be desired. Quote

You guys should just do a three hour breakdown of the Wrestlemania XXV main event. Quote

Perhaps in another forum, maybe Good Will Wrestling or Wrestling Culture? Quote
Loss Posted January 10, 2014 Author Report Posted January 10, 2014 Yes. I don't think anyone wants to hear me bash HHH relentlessly for three hours. It wouldn't be a pleasant listening experience. But I support anyone who wants to give it a shot. Quote
goodhelmet Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 OK, I got Dylan, Justin and Brad on board and I am going to reach out to Scott. I'll moderate and see if we can't get this recorded pretty soon. Quote
Kevin Ridge Posted January 11, 2014 Report Posted January 11, 2014 Ah, I wish Loss would participate. Looking forward to HHH show but I do hope you guys take the trying to be fair approach as much as one can with him. Quote
goodhelmet Posted January 11, 2014 Report Posted January 11, 2014 Well, Scott has agreed to participate so it will be as fair as possible with Dylan on one side and Scott on the other. Quote

bradhindsight Posted January 11, 2014 Report Posted January 11, 2014 I feel like HHH himself wouldn't want to oppose Dylan on this podcast. Quote
