KawadaSmile
So, after last night's odd Survivor Series, there were moments that progressed some stories and raised some questions: How is JeriKO going to survive after Owens pretty much destroyed Jericho's most valuable possession, the list? Is Zayn going to get a rematch after being screwed out of his championship win? Would that mean he's going to jump ship for good? After losing to Goldberg in less than 90 seconds, what will Brock and Heyman do? Who attacked Nikki? Is Shane alive? Did Orton finally gain Harper's trust? WHOSE SIDE IS HE ON? Bayley vs Charlotte is also the main RAW women's feud now, so how will that play out? As much as the show felt weird and downright bad to a lot of people, I think it did one thing right: instigated us to talk about it by giving us those points above - of course it could be argued that PPV should be the epilogue of storylines and not just another chapter, or even that many points might not be addressed at all this week, but I am actually very curious this time. With the amount of PPVs that there are right now anyone arguing this is (not saying you are) pretty much defining "being stuck in the past." It hasn't been a relevant talking point since the days where the Big 4 were pretty much all you got and even THEN it wasn't like you'd totally wipe the slate clean after all of them. The Chief
Well, I'm at least interested to see where they go tonight. If Goldberg is on TV we'll probably get a good idea of what his next program is. Does Raw have a PPV between now and the Rumble? Any early favorites to win the Rumble? It has Roadblock around a week before Christmas. I would pick Cena to win the Rumble, actually. Gotta set up for that #16 at WM33.
SomethingSavage
So, what was the big angle at Survivor Series that Daniel Bryan was teasing? Also - and I only bring this up because I randomly thought about it - what the hell ever happened to Shelton Benjamin returning to SmackDown? Didn't they run videos and everything back around the time of the brand extension?
Migs
Cena winning the Rumble is sad from a "making a new star" perspective, but would probably be better than a lot of the other options. Unless maybe they go with a returning Balor? Owens doesn't want top give him a shot so he has to go win it?
The Chief
Shelton was supposed to come back but needed shoulder surgery. I believe he is signed under a contract he just won't be doing anything for a year or so. Kind of related, are these SmackDown "veteran hands" under deals or pay by appearance? I'm talking about Headbangers, Spirit Squad, etc.
KawadaSmile
I'm positive both Headbangers and the Spirit Squad are paid by appearance. I would enjoy SS to get a full-time deal, though, as Kenny is only 30 and is looking incredible.
The Chief
It's amazing that Kenny is only thirty. Remember when he was supposed to be the second coming? His entire career was said and done before he could legally drink. You'd think he would have a long Indy resume but he hasn't really worked anywhere consistently. He has a second career ahead of him if he wants to stick with wrestling. I'm positive signing him to a contract has crossed their minds. KawadaSmile
Goldberg might be taking Lesnar's role as the final boss, or at least as the biggest badass around, 'cept he is a good guy. Part of me actually wishes he has one more title run, to be honest.
Coffey
Really hope that small "you screwed Bret!" chant toward the end of that Goldberg promo doesn't pick up any traction. This is the first guy we've had that's felt like a real babyface in awhile and it would suck to see dumbass fans taint it too.
Ricky Jackson
They're still in Toronto. That chant, or Bret Hart honestly, doesn't mean shit outside of Canada in 2016

KawadaSmile
As much as the New Day puts on good matches regularly, I just cannot stand them winning anymore when their act is stale as shit.
Strummer
Another fantastic Goldberg promo tonight. This guy has been killing it on the mic since coming back. Doesn't seem scripted at all and gives the aura of a badass
KawadaSmile
Braun is such a gift from the gods. What did we do to deserve such greatness? Zayn finally getting one up on Braun is going to incite a very large pop if done right.

Loss
I only saw bits and pieces of the show. Why is Dana Brooke so bad at everything? Her acting is terrible even by the standards of terrible acting in wrestling.
The Thread Killer
I only saw bits and pieces of the show. Why is Dana Brooke so bad at everything? Her acting is terrible even by the standards of terrible acting in wrestling. Loss, over the years I have come to greatly respect you and your opinion. However, you are speaking about my future wife and the future mother of my children, and I'd ask you to show a bit more respect.
SirEdger
I never thought I'd see Dean Ambrose pay homage to Dusty Rhodes, The Mountie & The Goon all in the same night. But seriously, I thought The Mountie skit was great. Daniel Bryan was barely able to keep it together and almost burst out laughing.
MikeCampbell
Scott Dawson sending out a tweet taking a shot at the tag match on Smackdown, and then having to take it down and apologize for it, is everything that's wrong with the business!
