The go-home shows for Revolution. Don't care about Page-Cole cuz Cole is a dork, but other feuds like Mox-Danielson and MJF-Punk are heating up nicely, and so is Rosa v. Britt.

Coach Tony K, PLEASE DO NOT LET JERICHO GO OVER KINGSTON!!!!!

I think two tag team battle royals back to back is a little much, even if the rules are slightly different for each. Since it’s a Casino Battle Royal I wonder if we will get any surprises? Interested to see what the big announcement might be but not thinking it’s going to be that big a deal. Maybe I’m wrong. Hopefully I’m wrong.

It's believed that the announcement is going to be a business deal rather than a talent acquisition. I've seen speculation that they've acquired ROH or made a deal with a streaming service like HBO Max. It's also been confirmed that Hangman/Cole will go on last at Revolution. Tony said that no one has had better matches than Hangman since winning the title, so he clearly has faith in the champ's ability to follow the rest of the card.

The HBO Max deal would, indeed, be a big, good announcement. I would also love to see #DemBoyz show up just because the fan in me really wants to see the Briscoes work FTR, Young Bucks, Lucha Bros., Proud N' Powerful, ReDragon & Kings of the Black Throne in AEW.

They're really firing on all cylinders heading into the PPV. The matches & angles are all interesting & intriguing. Plus, AEW has that "anything can happen" feel, that WWE lost quite awhile ago. We know all the names of the free agents & many of them showing up would make a pretty big splash. Even with the bloated AEW roster right now.

I don't really know why that'd be a big announcement for fans unless the ROH library is going to be easily and readily available. Interest in ROH was completely in the shitter for a long time. They have no contracted talent. And all of the people who were still in ROH are doing a ROH invasion in TNA anyway.

The people who were in ROH when people cared about ROH are in AEW though, and the ones in the last incarnation of ROH can show up via the Forbidden Door since they still have good relations with Impact.

I take this as a clear move toward going onto a streaming platform, and in that sense, it's cool. ROH as a current entity doesn't mean much.

I wasn't thrilled with the tone of that Danielson-Moxley confrontation. They went more generic and made no reference to the partnership proposal.

It tracks with him being an ECW mark and it was the home of the best of Punk, Danielson, US appearances of Bullet Club, etc.

Cody may have envisioned late ‘80s-early ‘90s WCW, but the true through line for what AEW has cultivated, both their promotional style and even their fanbase screams vintage ECW/ROH.

I believe Tony has said or at least made illusions that he felt AEW didn't quite have enough in the vault yet to warrant a streaming service, so this certainly fills that void.

Also I guess that means they have All In now too? Any collection of AEW history would have been missing a very key piece without that.

I’ve seen speculation about HBO Max.  No idea if that is a WWE Network/Peacock type deal where PPVs are streamed and Dynamite/Rampage go up after a brief period, but that does seem like an eventuality.
