    WWE Payback

Other than NXT every week, I haven't watched any WWE since catching bits of the immediate post Mania shows. Looking forward to Reigns vs Strowman. The rest of the card has potential to be good Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe Neville vs. Austin Aries (Cruiserweight Championship) Matt and Jeff Hardy vs. Cesaro and Sheamus (Raw Tag Team Championships) Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss (Raw Women's Championship) Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho (United States Championship) Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt (House of Horrors)
  3. Bad Company in Stampede, Bruce Hart and Brian Pillman, were more or less an RnRs ripoff
  4. https://youtu.be/XSMvywmoA08 That's basically Bob vs Superstar complete minus enterances. Only footage of Bruno vs Ivan is 8mm handheld. I've never seen Bruno vs Stasiak footage of any kind Edit: I guess Bob vs Superstar is clipped based on the video length and the recorded match time
  5. http://www.wrestlingdvdnetwork.com/next-for-2017-wwe-unseen-matches-dvd-collection/134396/ This is due to come out in the summer and will be hosted by Sean Mooney. What can we realistically expect from this? Will the mythical Bret Hart vs Tom Magee match finally surface? Looks like it will cover 1986-1995

Loved the cage match. Blood, hot crowd and the hero finally wins on his way out
  7. Dash Wilder broke his jaw during a match on Friday and will be out for around 8 weeks, which totally sucks timing wise. Also sucks that it was the oft injured Hideo Itami who broke his jaw. Guy can't catch a break
  8. Sharpe did actually start as an almost upper midcarder in 1983 WWF, managed by Albano. Also had a shot against Backlund at the Spectrum. By 84 he was had settled into his JTTS role

Yeah, it felt like fresh start/new beginning. Also great was the Allister Black squash that made him look like a killer

    Mauro and JBL

They are WWE. The media for the most part doesn't take them seriously. That's one reason why they can get away with bullshit like this. At the end of the day it's only wrestling. Nobody cares

    NXT talk

I thought that was hilarious, but I didn't love that the majority of fans cheered the gimmick after booing the Drifter for months and made Lorcan a heel in that match
  12. They just need to tighten things up. It wasn't a problem until the last few years. Things were fine for the first 30 or so Mania's
  13. The red carpet thing wasn't that bad. People are blowing it out of proportion, as usual
  14. There was a lot of fun stuff and great stuff on the show, but it's just too damn long with so many epic half hour matches. They really should try and cut back on the time but they will likely only get longer with each passing year
  15. The first half was pretty awesome, the middle section with HHH-Orton back to back almost killed me, but Goldberg vs Lesnar saved it and please God make this main event great
  16. I've almost forgiven them for last year with how the show has gone so far
  17. Man that opening must've been fun on drugs
  18. Corbin's battle royal win last year so huge that he made it to the pre-show this year
  19. The first stage of Sports Entertainment Hell
  20. Come on Indian guy!
  21. Snap German suplex is certainly all the rage
  22. I'm having a couple buddies over. Beer and Pizza and all that jazz
  23. It took a while to get going but I thought the main was great once the dual limb selling kicked in and it was about who had the last drop of gas left in the tank to pull out the win
  24. The key is long term stories like the tag scene and Asuka's slow turn as she gets more and more arrogant. Love it
