Sharpe did actually start as an almost upper midcarder in 1983 WWF, managed by Albano. Also had a shot against Backlund at the Spectrum. By 84 he was had settled into his JTTS role

Yeah, it felt like fresh start/new beginning. Also great was the Allister Black squash that made him look like a killer

They are WWE. The media for the most part doesn't take them seriously. That's one reason why they can get away with bullshit like this. At the end of the day it's only wrestling. Nobody cares

I thought that was hilarious, but I didn't love that the majority of fans cheered the gimmick after booing the Drifter for months and made Lorcan a heel in that match

They just need to tighten things up. It wasn't a problem until the last few years. Things were fine for the first 30 or so Mania's

There was a lot of fun stuff and great stuff on the show, but it's just too damn long with so many epic half hour matches. They really should try and cut back on the time but they will likely only get longer with each passing year

The first half was pretty awesome, the middle section with HHH-Orton back to back almost killed me, but Goldberg vs Lesnar saved it and please God make this main event great

I've almost forgiven them for last year with how the show has gone so far

It took a while to get going but I thought the main was great once the dual limb selling kicked in and it was about who had the last drop of gas left in the tank to pull out the win

The key is long term stories like the tag scene and Asuka's slow turn as she gets more and more arrogant. Love it

Not much buzz for this one. I'm definitely not a fan of the formula of running main event rematches that follow decisive victories in the first match but it seems to be the only way they know how to book. That said, I don't see why this won't be an entertaining show, they always are. Tag should be great and I'm interested to see how they book Asuka vs Moon.
