  1. I think it's a matter of time before Jacques Rougeau shows up at a TV taping to take care of Don Kernodle!
  2. In this case, I figured it was a good way to have the spotlight on him a bit in the NWA without taking too much the focus away from the top draws like Martel, Kerry, Nikita & Dibiase. And he's gonna have some fun people to work with to defend the title not only here in Lutte, but in Mid-Atlantic and everywhere else in the NWA.
  3. I legit think that Memorial Day Bash will be the best card of the year!
  4. Yeah, I thought there wasn't a better way for me to end that show in Ottawa than this 6-Men tag.
  5. Just a little nitpicky here but perhaps if you'd put the match headlines in bold or something to separate from the promo parts, it'd be easier to catch at first and easier to read. But that's just me.

  7. I think I'm gonna be a huge fan of the All-Star Squadron!
  8. Added those dates for you!
  9. Man, this whole thing with Bob Roop, Don Carson and the Kansas Jayhawks is so intriguing. You got me hooked!
  10. That ending was really interesting. Now Bruce has a pretty good idea of what happened with Keith in Lutte!
  11. If WWE was really that worried about Bryan taking that infamous "one bad bump", they would've never cleared him in the first place. Like Zoo Enthusiast said, I'd be stunned if Bryan decided to leave. He got what he wanted, which is to be cleared to in-ring action. Why would he leave now?
  12. Vince is in full denial mode when it comes to Roman & the fans. Now he thinks that an "underdog" angle will get Roman over the way it did with Bryan. Pretty hard to have a guy nicknamed "The Big Dog" be an underdog.
  13. Or that Steph will be getting inside Natalya's head to have her turn on Ronda to screw her out of the title. Why do it yourself when you can have a surrogate do it in your place?
  14. You're all set!
  15. Considering everything that Billy Graham had to overcome for this comeback run - as well put by Gorilla Monsoon at certain moments of the bout - it was somewhat a more than acceptable performance from "Superstar" Billy Graham with Butch Reed. I loved that Reed went at him right away before Graham even did make it to the cage, using his bandana to tie him in the cage and such. I thought overall, they did a good job to work around Graham's physical limitations and exploit those to tell a good story in the match. By the flow of the match, I was kinda expecting the brass knuckles to backfire against Butch Reed but it didn't deter from my enjoyment of the match, all things considered. Not a match that I would seek to watch at all cost but fun nonetheless.
  16. You honestly couldn't have picked a better tag team partner for Jim Duggan than Dusty Rhodes. Especially considering his ties in the Florida territory where he was such a star. Fantastic main event and it was great to see the Dibiase/Hansen pairing work together several years before they did IRL in All-Japan!
  17. Holy crap, Rich vs Gilbert in a Loser Leaves Town Match? Thad had to be inevitable! You obviously can't see it but I'm real giddy after seeing the official debut of Doom with Ron Simmons' unmasking. A fantastic show!
  18. I'm so looking forward to Anderson vs Savage next week and the beginning of the TV title tournament. Those brackets are unpredictable!
  19. At that stage, LeDuc was entering pretty much the twilight of his career even though he kept wrestling until the mid-90s. But in the 70s and the 80s, he was a hot act in the Southern US and in Quebec. Jos LeDuc and Jerry Lawler had a huge feud in the 70s before they became tag team partner in the early 80s for a while. It's probably LeDuc's most notable feud in the US, other than his stuff in Porto Rico.
  20. Dude, I literally just had one last week in the Johnny Rougeau Memorial Cup!
  21. You're all set!
  22. Well, the key in the match was that The Rock walked out on the match to save his title, using Triple H and X-Pac fighting each other to sneak away. That pretty much triggered the build to the Ladder Match at Summerslam. The summer of '98 was pretty much X-Pac's best moments. Upon his return, he had some pretty fun matches and he wasn't treated as the weak link of DX.
  23. I would be careful if I were JJ Dillon. Armand Rougeau might not win the $10,000 challenge against King Kong Bundy but he better think twice about roughing up the younger Rougeau. After all, the Rougeaus are a tight bunch and they won't take it lightly!
  24. And the plot thickens. The Kansas Jayhawks angle might be the most intriguing angle so far. And you're just getting started!
  25. Fantastic title match between Ric Flair & Tito Santana. HUGE way to have Flair make his first title defense on national TV. Must admit I was a bit surprised to see Bull Gantner win that battle royal as I was expecting someone like One Man Gang or even Curt Hennig to win it and get the bye. But that's on par with how you've been pushing him so far and you're doing a great job at that!
