Eduardo
I was trying to watch the Main Event stream on Monday, and it was really low quality on my PS3. VOD has worked good today, but really worried about Sunday.
Jmare007
If the HOF ceremony is a bust, can WWE do anything to fix things for Sunday?

Beast
I'm more concerned with what happens if the live 'Mania stream is a bust. Â Yes, we get a ton of content for 10.99, but the PPVs (Mania in particular) are a huge selling point. I know a lot of people are choosing to just order the PPV in case, but if I pay for Mania on the network I should be able to watch a relatively decent quality show without worry of skipping, choppiness, or just flat out missing entire chunks. Â An extra month free with the promise of improved PPV streaming quality down the line would be appropriate in my opinion, but I hope WWE plans on at least making some sort of retribution other than "It's up on demand immediately following the live show, watch it anytime you want!" goodhelmet
Last night, both KrisZ and Johnny Sorrow told me they were going to order the actual PPV because they don't trust the live stream. I will have three different options at work in case it is a bust as well.
sek69
MLB.tv has a habit of getting off to a rough start every year it seems, I wouldn't automatically assume that means doom and gloom for Wrestlemania. WWE has been doing load tests during their live streams of Main Event and whatnot, and since they have a pretty good idea how many people will be ordering, it probably won't be a disaster. I will have three different options at work in case it is a bust as well. I'm not trusting the stream but even more of a factor for me is my awful internet speeds. Im upgrading and dropping Direct TV after Mania and going full Roku.
flyonthewall2983
I've had some problems with the live feed on Chrome, but nothing that wasn't rectified within a few minutes or a refresh of the page.
pantherwagner
Â If the HOF ceremony is a bust, can WWE do anything to fix things for Sunday? That's a very good question and I don't know the answer. Anyone? Â Â Here's what WWE may do do to make sure WM is not a bust. Start cancelling accounts of non US users. Mine has not been cancelled (yet?) but I read the facebook feeds of two different guys in the UK who have had them cancelled overnight. Both are pretty hardcore guys who may be watching several hours a day every day so that could be a criteria that they use. That also means they either are fairly confident on the number of US only subscribers or that they aren't confident on their stream working. Matt D
I don't have four or five hours to watch wrestling Sunday night. I'm mainly planning on watching Mania monday throughout the day presuming it's posted immediately after the fact. I have no reason to think it won't be. I have to make a call on whether I'll try to watch a few key matches with the time I do have or to not spoil myself at all til Monday. It's kind of enjoyable to follow things here and watch what I can though, so we'll see.
(BP)
I've been having semi-annual Mania parties for the last five years. I'm having people over, but I'm definitely leery about the network stream. Does anyone know the difference between the stream that you purchase on a game platform or mobile device and the network? Are they the same one?
DMJ
I'm heading to Columbus (OH) to watch the show with friends, as per tradition. While my buddy has the Network, I believe the plan is that we'll be ordering the show via Time Warner to ensure that everything is a go. Â Personally, I have not bought the Network yet because I expect a lot of the kinks to be worked out following Mania. If even 10% of the subscribers have issues, it is going to be a big story and bad word of mouth is not a good thing when I believe there are still LOADS and LOADS of wrestling fans (like myself) who feel like the best time to buy a 6-month subscription will be the summer, when many people typically have more free time. Plus, by then, the MLBTV should be running relatively smoothly, giving me even more confidence that the Network is going to get that needed support. Â Sunday should be a VERY interesting night, in ring and out, but we're not risking a bad stream when there will be 8-10 fans coming together from around the state for the sole purpose of enjoying the show together and imbibing in some of Earth's other greatest achievements. Matt D
I still have problem streaming just about anything live on my laptop. Maybe it's because i'm multitasking too much or because my wife is usually watching TV and playing on the internet when I watch stuff. Â I haven't had any problem during the day, really, but at night, it'll go for a few minutes with the live stream, freeze and I'll have to refresh. goc
My upload and download speeds are great on torrents, but I always have problems with streaming. I always have issues with the Network and I don't even try to watch videos on news sites anymore. Youtube is about the only thing that doesn't always fuck up. I remember having the same issues (not so much with streaming sites, but it was almost impossible to watch online non-youtube videos) with my old laptop and they were gone once I bought a new one. cowboy hats
If you like montages of HHH shirtless and flexing in the ring, his Wrestlemania Rewind is for you. We'll see what other matches/main events they get around to profiling in the coming weeks/months, but this one obviously sticks out as...something else. This was my first Rewind, though, and I will say it's a program tailor made for a viewer like me - there's so much content on the network, I rarely have the time to watch a 2.5 hour PPV from the beginning, and the service's search function is still pretty shitty (so that I can't search and go to a specific match). Â CM Punk was used as a talking head on a program that premiered only this week.
CFTV
The search feature on the PS3 isn't as robust as the web based search. I tried to search David Flair on the PS3 and nothing came up and when I went online there was 3 PPVs from 2000 that are listed. Â I love the Network when I flip it on but at the same time I don't watch it nearly as much as I'd like to because there is so much going on in sports on TV. I'm a sports junkie and I know my nights are going to be crammed till June starting in a couple of weeks when the NHL and NBA Playoffs begin. Once we get to June there is a World Cup. Â It still pisses me off there is no wrestling from TBS at 6:05p on Saturday Nights. It was the ultimate slam dunk idea to run that as a series from the beginning of the Network. Start with the oldest one in the vault and air them all in order just releasing one episode a week. They'd get 15 years of content out of that idea at least. Jmare007
Got this from another forum. It may help people with lagging/quality issues for the live stream on PS3 Â So check it, I'm watching on PS3. I've been on twitter and some ppl are saying the live stream is working perfectly on PC and Roku, while others are saying PS3 is lagging/dropping quality, etc. Mine was/is indeed doing that as well. BUT, right now it's PERFECT, no dropping out of HD, no freezing, smooth....and here's what I did. Wait even just one minute after the live program starts. For example, right now I'm watching "WM Today". As you know, when something is live and you click to watch it, it asks you, Play: "Now" or "From the Beginning" Choose "From the Beginning" and then once it starts playing, just fast forward the minute or two you are behind. Or if you don't care, just watch and let it be a minute behind. Something about watching "Now" causes a problem, but doing it this way you can still watch Live. It can't possibly run any better than it is right now. Â Â

RazorbladeKiss87
How is the stream working for everyone right now? It's very choppy on my end and I thought it might just be someone else in my home using the internet but I checked and I'm the only one home. flyonthewall2983
It's been working great for me. There was only one hiccup during the HOF, which was solved by clicking on the Network logo on the top left corner of the screen.
