flyonthewall2983
So, Randy's the first one to be announced. Guessing more announcements to come the closer we get to WrestleMania. Let the speculation on who else gets in begin.
Coffey
I'm still waiting on Rick Rude.
Hawkeye12
With the Demolition and Powers of Pain mentions, have to wonder if they might get in. Ray Stevens sounds like he's going in. Rude is a good choice, but if Savage and Stevens have both passed, they may want some living members. Other living possibles: Kevin Nash Sid Vader Rick Martel King Kong Bundy Bushwhackers/Sheepherders Steiner Brothers Nasty Boys Honky Tonk Man Brutus Beefcake (won't go in with Hogan inducting Savage) Ivan Koloff Ken Patera (he's popped up on some Network stuff) Larry Zbyszko (him also) Michael Hayes/Freebirds
iamthedoctor
I'm still waiting on Rick Rude. Im waiting on Daveyboy alough cant see WWE inducting two deceased wrestlers in the same year so they will likely just go with one. Is Undertaker a possibility this year? PeteF3
Sting is supposed to be the headliner this year, right? If Undertaker can't wrestle this year, then he's headlining.
Bierschwale
The last time that this came up, I remember the lineup being reported as Savage, The Rock, Nash, Rikishi, and Victoria. I was definitely pro-Stevens as the area rep "historical inductee". 32 will be interesting. Sting, 'Taker... no shortage of Texans but Hansen seems like the guy there, and for a guess that feels right, Pillman because they're not going to Ohio any time soon and Austin would tear the house down with his induction speech. Maybe DDP makes it this year. He's going to go in eventually, the only area tie that he has is with New Jersey and I can't see them waiting until WM XL to put him in. What's the deal with Ivan Koloff and his relationship with the company? Seems insane that he's not a HoFer without any well-known hostilities to have killed it. Zoo Enthusiast
Nash's legal issues might slow him down, no?
Alucard
I don't think it will be this year but I'm still hoping to see Lex Luger inducted. For this year I'll hope for Sid, always wanted to see him go in.
fakeplastictrees
There is no way Victoria should be included. Why? What has she done? She wasn't over the majority of her career, wasn't a good promo, and overall plain in the ring. I hope she doesn't get in. WWE is re-shaping the word 'legend' and its starting to mean less and less. There are really only two other women for WWE to put in its HOF: Sable and Chyna. It shouldn't be too hard to do Sable as she is Lesnar's wife and if WM is going to be his last match- WWE might as well pull the trigger.i Who would I like to see go in alongside Savage? Teddy Long Kevin Nash Harlem Heat (these guys are back together and are 10 time WCW tag team champions). Sable The Undertaker ( everyone needs to stop with this talk of 'one more match'. Let's do it right while he is still with us). Rick Martel I would love for WWE to just say 'Fuck It' and have the 2016 HOF Class consist of: Lex Luger, DDP, Sabu, Kane (who should be fucking retired as an on-air character by then! FUCK! ), Rick Rude, The NWO, and Paul Heyman.

She wasn't over the majority of her career, wasn't a good promo, and overall plain in the ring. I hope she doesn't get in. There's a bunch of other solid female candidates you can get to before her as well. Torrie Wilson, Sable, Stacy Keibler, etc. I hope they can induct more pre-2000s names rather than load up with too many Attitude Era/2000s ones. Kamala might be a possibility, but I'm not sure how he can handle travel these days. Same with Luger. Powers of Pain and Demolition are hard to say, they feel like "rip offs" and the Road Warriors were put in not all that long ago. I still think there is a remote possiblity that Undertaker will decline a HoF induction with how the nature of his character is. I know there's been a few character-breaking moments as of late, like being a talking head on a doc and some comic-con appearances, but those are still low-profile in the grand scheme of things. C.S.
If we're talking about women, Chyna deserves to be in the WWE Hall - certainly more than Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, etc. They were just eye candy, but Chyna actually meant something and made an impact. It won't ever happen though, which is BS. Sable was just eye candy, but she drew money and probably would've drawn a whole lot more if the WWE wasn't such a good old boys club. You can't tell me some of the boys in the locker room didn't feel threatened by her superstardom. Like her or not, she deserves to be in the Hall too. C.S.
Haha, " it's BS" . Bro, what're you smoking? So, Chyna wasn't a major part of the WWE during the Attitude era? She certainly had a bigger impact than Koko B. Ware, who was a perennial jobber. (I liked him, but let's get real here.) I won't pick on James Dudley, who I honestly know nothing about. Doubt he was just a limo driver though. Anyway, it's just annoying how Chyna's role in DX has been erased from history - almost like she's Benoit 2.0. That is BS. Just because she wasn't Lou Thesz doesn't mean she deserves to be deleted from existence.
shakla
I didn't mention Chyna since there's no way in hell WWE would consider her. Just mentioned a few women who are still in WWE's good graces. Politics/outside activities aside, Chyna would be a valid candidate for the WWE HoF. She would not be the worst non-celeb inductee if so.

What did they ever really do? Trish, Lita, Sunny I can understand. They meant something. Torrie and Stacy not so much. If Stacy had married Clooney, however, she'd already be in. Sad but true. I'm just guessing what WWE would do rather than say who "deserves" to get in. The bar is low enough at this point. Since Stacy has some mainstream notoriety and was popular during her run, figure they'll work her in someday. Torrie had a lengthy run, is still somewhat notable and hasn't become an embarrasment after WWE, would not shock me to see her in.

C.S.
I hate the stupid talking point - parroted by Jericho, who should really know better, and others - that Demolition were "rip-offs" of the Road Warriors. Other than superficial similarities, they were very different acts IMO.
shakla
I'm not saying I agree with that talking point, I just think this is WWE's perception of them.

El-P
Chyna ? Triple H's former girlfriend ? Who made those porn videos including one where's she gangbanged by guys dressed up as John Cena and Mean Gene ? Really ?
Superstar Sleeze
I will be shocked if someone headlines over Savage. So no need for Sting, Taker, and The Rock. The only reason not to headline with Savage is that he is dead. To me it is Hogan, Austin, Rock then Savage & Andre in terms of non-wrestling fans notoriety. Sting, Taker, or Rock overshadowing Savage just seems wrong.
Fantastic
Taker next year for sure. Who the hell is going to induct him though?!
