Zoo Enthusiast
Bryan? The direction is Miz.
Matt D
I bet Bryan could have a lot of fun working the ten stuff into a match.
C.S.
Bryan teamed with Tye Dillinger today at the show in Germany against Cass and Miz. Just a house show but I think it's obvious they don't have a clear direction for him now  Strange observation. It's clear the odd man out here is Tye Dillinger, and that's who they don't have plans for.
SomethingSavage
Apparently, Samoa Joe is still touring with the Raw crew and working main events against Roman. I only bring this up because they'll be running a live event in my neck of the woods a month from now - and that's the advertised main event. Â I doubt Joe is still running with the Raw crew by then, but one can hope. Â Got a bad feeling we'll get downgraded to Jinder.
Strummer
Bryan? The direction is Miz. I meant short term. Long term is clearly Miz. Probably Summerslam. I think with Cass in the doghouse now and Miz program a little away he doesn't have a clear program now
C.S.
The Cass "doghouse" incident - if it's even true, which I doubt - occurred on the Smackdown before Backlash. Cass was allowed to attack Bryan after the match, which means that's still the direction. It's a shame an audible wasn't called on that at least, because Cass looked green and lost in there. Jmare007
Yeah, even if he is in the doghouse they will probably still run a Cass/Bryan rematch at MITB. Hell with Extreme Rules being the PPV after that it wouldn't be shocking if they do a "blowoff" with a gimmick match at that show. If he is truly in the doghouse, Cass will probably tap in every match
KawadaSmile
Some of this Cass hate is really disproportionate. Y'all talking like he beat our boy Bryan in 16 seconds when he lost clean and had a good little match - even if he was being led by the hand, there's nothing really wrong. Â He fucked up from a hierarchical standpoint, but I think his beatdown added to the segment, as he was getting some "asshole" chants and whatnot. That's exactly the reaction you want to get from the crowd, and I'm not so sure that happens only with the Big Boot. Â Â Also another thing we should talk about, and that is much more important, is that WWE micromanages the shit out of their talent. If one can't deviate from the script even if enhances the original purpose of the forementioned script, why even bother with creativity? I get that they want to play it safe, but in terms of actual creative control, only a select few get that luxury, it seems.
Slasher
My question is why was it so important to Cass to beat the guy down? For him to first argue with the agents, go over their heads to appeal to Vince, only to be shot down, then go ahead with it anyways, he really must hate little people or something? Weird. Â It shows his immaturity and stupidity. The fact that he died on that particular hill shows what a moron he is. It also shows the fact that he's immature because he should have never asked, done it and then when it bombed just said "I was feeling it, I made a mistake, I'm sorry." sek69
My only takeaway from the Cass-Bryan match was lol'ing at Bryan trying to literally guide Cass into attempting to block the Yes Lock and then when that wasn't working, just club him in the head to make it look like he was really fighting to get the hold on. Strummer
just announced Nak v AJ at MITB. Â also Ronda will be wrestling on the show
Seabs
Wrestling Nia Jax for the title. Already. Timing is so weird. TV felt like they were going for a slow build pairing her up with Mickie and then Natalya and then this comes out of nowhere. They were trying so hard before Mania to present her as not wanting to be handed anything and now here she is getting a title shot without ever wrestling a singles match. Plus Im not sure Nia is the person you want working with Ronda when its imperative she has a good match. Assuming she doesnt just run through her which she should but that kinda kills Nia dead. The timing is pretty dreadful honestly. Feels like they just skipped a good 6-9 months of content for Ronda.
AstroBoy
I don't think they have any clue what they are doing with Ronda. Or Daniel Bryan. Or Strowman, etc. The direction is just dreadful right now.

NintendoLogic
Did Hulk Hogan feud with Don Muraco for six months before beating the Iron Sheik?
Strummer
As Johnny mentioned this could just be leading to Steph screwing over Ronda reigniting their feud.
Johnny Sorrow
I was about to type, "Actually, Hogan feuded with Muraco about a year and a half later." 😀
goc
Why do a long build to Ronda winning the title? People would just whine about how obvious it was that she was gonna win the title, how she was somehow "burying" everyone else in the division and how she doesn't "deserve" to win because she didn't spend 3 years in NXT before coming to the main roster.
Johnny Sorrow
Now that I think about it, if they're going to do the Austin/ McMahon deal, and I'm sure I read about that being the plan, having Rousey as champ puts her in a position of power against "being fired/ not used" in the fued. I still wouldn't be surprised if Steph just fucks her out of the title to kick it off.
SirEdger
Or that Steph will be getting inside Natalya's head to have her turn on Ronda to screw her out of the title. Why do it yourself when you can have a surrogate do it in your place?
Johnny Sorrow
That's a perfect idea, Natty fucking over her "friend " to be the first enemy who's been bought by Stephanie is good booking.
Yo-Yo's Roomie
I think the issue is less people wanting a slow build to her winning the title, and more that she's had literally one pro wrestling match, and that was a bells and whistles mixed tag. One singles programme before going after the belt doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation.
