He didn't really have a WWE cast-off feel to him. Dolph would be the epitome of a WWE cast-off, whether that's fair on him or not. I don't think it would be a good look if they signed him. During the Authority stuff there were some people who thought he wasn't intense enough in his promos and was unable to convey anger convincingly.
