BOARD UPGRADE - REPORT ANY PROBLEMS

Just posting here to make sure everyone sees this. The board will not be accessible during the upgrade, but should be back up and running - with new software - in the morning.

All the details (dates, TV shows) from the Yearbooks threads have disapeared. I can't picture the headaches...

 

(well apparently it's because there are no secondary titles to the threads anymore. sigh.)

If anyone prefers the old interface, click 'Change Theme' at the bottom of the home page and select 'Legacy'. It will look more like the old interface.

 

Secondary titles I think are still there, but aren't visible right now for some reason. Working on it.

I have tried in both Chrome and I.E and have disabled AdBlock Plus just in case.

 

Also the "Like This" option underneath a post is throwing up a message when I click it saying "You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day".

That's because people requested that we turn off likes.

 

I'm not sure what the issue is with the skin, but I will look into it.

It appears that existing youtube links that have been posted have been embedded now. Hopefully this isn't a problem to anyone as I know it can be a slight resource hog on older machines.

 

I think jdw will love the MultiQuote option as well.

I'm glad we aren't going to do likes here. Also glad you put the Legacy theme on here or else I felt like I was going to end up coming here less. I honestly stopped going to DVDVR for a while until they put up a theme that made it LOOK like DVDVR again.
