El Boricua
Just a reminder that Jay Youngblood will not be available on July 4th itself, as he will be involved in the AWA World Title tournament in Minneapolis. That is correct. Youngblood is available for dates on Jul 1-3 if anyone is interested. UPDATE: Sgt. Slaughter is now booked from July 1-3, but is still available for July 4 (provided the travel distance is feasible from his July 3 commitment). Sgt. Slaughter is now booked through July 1-4. There still availability on other WWC talent for outside dates during that weekend if there is interest, notably Jay Youngblood from July 1-3 and the Invaders. goodhelmet
Because I had no idea he was on the roster, I will be happy to send Masaji Goto to a territory to work with veterans so he can gain some more experience. He has been on the All Japan roster for two years and can be a reliable hand. However, he insists that the ring announcer introduce him as Tarzan but he has not earned the right to make demands. He will be available for all of July until August 17.

goodhelmet
Cool, might be a nice breeding ground to explain his bloodlust later on in FMW. If you can keep his bleeding to a minimum, that would be a plus.

If you can keep his bleeding to a minimum, that would be a plus. Don't worry, he won't be involved in anything too violent. He'll have company since Kendo and Pogo are on the roster. Is your preference for him to work face or heel as part of his training?

In the future (starting in September) Mr. Saito would welcome any young developing talent to come learn under him as a sometimes tag team partner in San Antonio, TX working for the great businessman Joe Blanchard and Southwest Championship Wrestling. This involves guys coming to the WWF every Wednesday for TV tapings for a period of three months. They will work a win, win, loss schedule. Match one win over jobber, match two win over JTTS, match three loss to big star. Currently Bret Hart, Bobby Eaton, Tommy Rogers and El Gran Apollo are all enrolled on this deal. Not long ago we had The Great Yatsu also. Let me know if you want to send anyone to the big time. We could also work out something where they can work some MSG or other big arena dates if you think they need some experience in front of 20,000+ crowds working with legends in the business. goodhelmet
I don't think Goto is the guy for that position but I will have some young lions who would be perfect for that down the road.

I'll have him work both heels and faces on TV and on the house shows. And if you need a landing spot in the future for talent on training excursions or even just short getaways, do consider Puerto Rico. We have a long history of Japanese talent working here, names such as Sonoda, Ishikawa, Toru Tanaka, Hamaguchi, Tor Kamata, Kendo Kimura, Fuchi, Tsurumi, Baba, Tosh Togo, Kendo Nagasaki, Pogo, Wajima, Hase, Sasaki, Muto, Hashimoto, Chono and others.
