Pretty much. Cena can use the excuse that his guard was completely down after the whole Elias trolling. Not in the Santino "I WASN'T READY!" way, but simply "the air was out of my balloon, I barely had a chance to get back on track, and Taker was Taker."

Cena vs Taker was basically the ultimate smoke and mirrors match. That's why it wasn't officially announced ahead of time. It wasn't supposed to be a "real" match, just a Wrestlemania moment, and better than Taker struggling through some long and sloppy match like last year
