Migs
Apparently you can buy a 30-second TV spot on Impact for $335, so definitely time to advertise PWO on TV.
Ricky Jackson
If I'm in the TV ad I promise to be more enthusiastic than my last podcast ad
Blehschmidt
Do we really want the kind of people who are actually watching that show (aka TNA Mecca users) coming to this board?
joeg
Apparently you can buy a 30-second TV spot on Impact for $335, so definitely time to advertise PWO on TV. Wow, how are half the indies in the country not advertising their weekend shows during TNA?
sek69
Because they already draw more than TNA and don't need to waste money on advertising to people proven to not spend any cash ever (TNA fans).

Johnny Sorrow
I've got the voice, and I'll say anything you want even if I think it's shit. 👍 I'd even pimp GWE if you buy me a pizza.
abrasiveobelisksa
Well, did any other promotion hint that they were hiring Neo-Nazis?
Soko
Well, did any other promotion hint that they were hiring Neo-Nazis? Are the Harris brothers considered to be Neo-Nazis for legitimate actions that can be pointed to in their past or is it the gimmick tattoos? WingedEagle
Does TNA generate positive cash flows or have valuable assets that we're unaware of? Do the Harris brothers have a legitimately successful business outside of wrestling? I feel like if this is the outcome then a few of us, hell maybe 1-2 of us, could chip in and add "wrestling promoter" to our resume. Scratch that off the bucket list. Plus one of them got suspended in the early days of TNA for wearing an SS shirt. A lot of people seem to want to hand wave this away as a nutty rasslin' gimmick, but they're pretty committed to it if it is.
C.S.
Are the Harris brothers considered to be Neo-Nazis for legitimate actions that can be pointed to in their past or is it the gimmick tattoos? Only wrestling fans would question whether giant tattoos were part of a gimmick.

Soko
They could very well be a pair of hateful men but I find it strange that in a business where controversial stories are dime a dozen that I've never heard any incident that confirms their bigotry. Outside of the tasteless tattoos and clothing, that is. I'm not siding with them, I'd just like to know there's more to it than ink.
Phil Schneider
What possible reason would someone get SS tattoos if they weren't Neo-Nazis?
Eegah
What possible reason would someone get SS tattoos if they weren't Neo-Nazis? Stylized tribute to Serious Sam? Maybe they are hardcore PC gamers
Bierschwale
What possible reason would someone get SS tattoos if they weren't Neo-Nazis? A lot of wrestlers are borderline retards, so they just thought that the runes were cool, like what a metal band would use? I mean, they are obviously white supremacist Aryan Brotherhood punkasses, but I am willing to believe that they are that stupid in the name of "sick tats". The real question is, does anyone care enough about about the Bruise/Blu/Harris Brothers to dig that deeply into them? The answer is probably no. Soko
What possible reason would someone get SS tattoos if they weren't Neo-Nazis? Juvenile idiocy. Historical fascination, similar to Lemmy's collecting of Third Reich memorabilia. A hateful gang mentality they grew out of. Again, I'm not on their side. Just not comfortable with completely slating them as humans based on tattoos I don't know the story behind and backed up by no tales of bigotry in a business full of it. Jingus
It's a biker thing. Lots of biker culture has this weird fascination with Nazi memorabilia and symbology. Whether or not they're active bigots is anyone's guess. I've heard stories about them being generally dickish people in many situations, but never heard anything that specifically made them look prejudiced.
WingedEagle
I tend to assume they're bigots, but am completely open to persuasion that's not the case. What's open and shut is that it is very, very dumb to partner with people whom the slightest bit of diligence will show have Nazi tattoos and thus invite questions about their thinking. Its not a subject I'd look to discuss with potential TV partners, sponsors, advertisers, venues, marketing firms, production companies, merchandise manufacturers & distributors, and others. Infinit
If someone tattoos "IDIOT" on their forehead, don't you just assume that they are an idiot?
kjh
It looks like the only reason the production company the Harris twins are involved with, Aroluxe, might end up with a stake in TNA is that Dixie Carter used it as collateral in case she defaulted on payments for their services. They're creditors not investors.
