SomethingSavage
Awesome idea. I remember first discovering the "1984 Year of Transition" playlist a few years ago and being so stoked to relive things like early Tully, Slater's "Faux Horsemen", and especially the very divisive Paul Jones vs. Jimmy Valiant war. Good stuff there. Same goes for the Mempho channels. Some of them are a little chaotic in the order they're posted, but there are a few that have compiled full playlists for things like McMemphis, Lawler's specific feuds, and yearly timelines. Might need to take a break from some of the modern YouTube indie channels for awhile & revisit some of these. Thanks to everyone that's contributing. khawk20
For AWA material in the form of classic matches and angles, DotDotkins has a channel that is pretty good. Nothing new or extraordinary, but a lot of the standard good matches and angles from the 70's and 80's are there.
Johnny Sorrow
and especially the very divisive Paul Jones vs. Jimmy Valiant war.Divisive how? Between the "It's awesome" camp and the "It's Super Awesome" camp ? 😃

El Rey puts up the complete video of the big match from each week at: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLszDUngAaPFaS1RjnDnabQnGXIgFdZk4V You can google and find just about anything else on youtube or DM but I'm not sure they're all collected in one spot. This is the most complete and uncensored version of the match. 34 years ago today! I also have some classic matches from 1980's AJPW and WWF on there. SomethingSavage
What are some good current indy promotions who post stuff on youtube, etc? AAW from Illinois - https://www.youtube.com/user/AAWPro SMASH from Toronto - https://www.youtube.com/user/SmashWrestling1 Booker T's ROW from Texas - https://www.youtube.com/user/TheBookerTROW WCWC from Portland - https://www.youtube.com/user/WCWCPresents TCW from the Mid-South - https://www.youtube.com/user/TCWWrestlingOnline (Mostly posting "Classic" reruns lately, but they've got a lot of great old stuff up.) PWX from Charlotte - https://www.youtube.com/user/PWXProWrestling (Although they had a lot more stuff up on Vimeo, last I checked.) CWF Mid-Atlantic from North Carolina - https://www.youtube.com/user/CWFMidAtlantic Pro Wrestling Syndicate from New Jersey - https://www.youtube.com/user/ETapout NECW from New England - https://www.youtube.com/user/necwwrestling/ AWF from Arizona - https://www.youtube.com/user/prowrestlingaz FSW from Las Vegas - https://www.youtube.com/user/FutureStarsWrestling ICW from Glasgow, Scotland - https://www.youtube.com/user/ICWOnline Legend City Wrestling from Canada - https://www.youtube.com/user/lcwnl NWA Smoky Mountain - https://www.youtube.com/user/NWASmokyMtn/ NWA SAW from Nashville - https://www.youtube.com/user/krizull ... Those are the main ones I keep on my radar, for the most part. There are others that get some talk occasionally - like AIW or APW's Gym Wars, but I tried to only include promotions that put up full "shows" in this list here. Either way, this should serve as a healthy starter set to get you out there. Each fed generally has recommended channels and stuff for you to branch out and venture down other rabbit holes if you like. Championship Wrestling From Hollywood used to be among my favorites, but they've stopped posting their shows on YouTube and Blip sometime in the past year, and they've now got a pay deal set up with Patreon. Still, their old shows are still up and worth checking out. If I missed any noteworthy indies out there, feel free to add 'em and beef up the list. I know there's a TON of free content out there these days, but it'd be really cool to get some eyes on a few of these and open up discussion about ANY of them, quite honestly.
