  1. I know since these countdowns are voted through WWE website but still I just have a hard time with him being second. Like over HHH who has been pushed down everyone's throat as a big bad guy over the years? DiBiase completely blows away this guy as a heel. He was so good in his role that he never had a face run in WWF.
  2. Never seen this before but have heard the hype. Man, this match was absolutely great. Going to be interesting to see if I put anything above this for rest of the year. I wish this was the WrestleMania main event match for show I attended. Two guys who have great chemistry with one another. Story wise they both know each other really well so they are reversing/avoiding each other’s signature moves. So they start trying new stuff to get the advantage. Punk with a piledriver!! You take that move away from everyone so when this one happens it just feels real dangerous and important. So enjoyed Cena pulling out his own hurricarana to set up the AA. Punk could not have been expecting that. Just a blast to watch. Some really believable close falls.
  3. Jericho takes Cena’s spot. Ryback starts off the match for his team before tagging out. He still gets a good reaction when he tags back in again and cleans house. They repeat the spear spot from Elimination Chamber. Ryback gets teamed up with gets us a Goldberg chant. Like the crowd didn’t know what to do so they just started a dumb chant. Last few minutes are a excellent frenzy of action. That flying knee by Rollins is great. Below the Chamber match as did not have as good of a start as that one but still really good.
  4. Easy to forget how Ryback was pretty over at one point. Though he didn’t seem to get as big of a reaction at WrestleMania. Think I liked the TLC 2012 match slightly over this but would need to rewatch that one to be sure. But it is a very good second match from The Shield and was nice to see them being kept strong and get the victory. Loved that finish with the Spear into Ryback who was about to do the Shellshock.
  5. This could have been the right instance to have one guy eliminate the other five guys with Henry going over and getting a big push into WrestleMania. Chamber is ending up like Cage and Cell matches in being hurt with the lack of the blood. They really didn’t use the Chamber setting until Henry got in there. The double suplex on Henry on to the steel looked nasty as there was no give and he just bounced off it.
  6. Clip from previous Raw had Cesaro doing the big swing and ramming Miz back and forth against the barricade. That was cool. Miz shoulder is heavily taped up for match. Cesaro does some nice stuff going after the shoulder. Big shoudlerbreaker and rubbing his forearm into the shoulder as he attempts to pin Miz. Some Backlund moves with the arm lift and short arm scissors. Miz on the offense is not as good as some of his leg work doesn’t look as good. That dragon leg screw whip was yuck. Cesaro ends up tricking Miz into landing a low blow giving Antonio the DQ win. Miz is not pleased and kicks Cesaro in the junk to show what a low blow is. One of the few things I have enjoyed from Miz.
  7. I can accept no selling of chops but hated them head butting each other like that. Tanaka looking more lean than his ECW days. I probably liked this a bit more than you guys but it is not really something worth going out of the way to see. The criticisms are valid but overall it was an easy match (outside of headbutts) for me to sit back and watch before going to bed.
  8. I remember watching one of those pre or post Raw shows and being amazed how Jim Duggan was way more of a natural and making more sense than Flair.
  9. I wanted to hear more from Lanny. Know those Countdown shows are biased towards the current guys but wow was the number 2 pick for Best Villain a complete joke. You could tell from the opening video montage they were going to be included in top 10 but as the countdown kept mentioning other guys I was in disbelief to see how high he was chosen.
  10. I was pretty amazed to see how well Scorpio could still go. Like to see him wrestle a more veteran talent to see what he could do. First time I've seen ACH. Like that he does try to get the crowd involved. Has some impressive agility but has a ways to go to be all around guy. I like some the early back and forth showmanship of both guys. Young guy trying to out do the veteran. It got a bit too much repeated kicking during portion of match but overall thought it was good enough to keep me watching.
  11. Ziggler was given the choice by Vicki to pick between the 1st or 2nd position. Jericho out second and gets a really good crowd response. These You Still Got It chances are amusing as Jericho gets one just a minute in without really do much. Santino tosses four guys over the ropes but of course they all land on the apron. He promptly gets eliminated and becomes the first guy out. Quiet until Goldust shows up and faces off with Cody. Third of the way in and not much going on. None of these guys are legit shots to win. Sheamus takes out a few guys but the ring fills up quickly after. Mysterio does a drop toe hold on Jericho but they are nowhere near ropes to set up the 619. Bo Dallas is an entrant! Do not remember that. Kofi does one of his false elimination spots this time using JBL’s chair to go from the announce table to the ring. These are silly but they do follow the rules about both feet having to touch the floor and the crowd enjoys it. Kingston gets eliminated for good about five seconds after later which makes his whole effort seem worthless. Godfather out with two ladies who are dressed very PG. And there he goes and just walks to the back with his ladies. Cena is number 19 as everyone in the ring stops what they are doing and goes after him. Time to weed out some guys. Slater and Cody are gone. Mysterio too. Jericho and Ziggler are still around. Bryan and Cesaro enter back to back. A year too early for us to consider them likely threats to win. Khali followed by Kane and the ring is getting full again. Well, there goes Khali and Kane. Cute spot where Bryan gets thrown over the rope on to Kane below. Kane could have saved him but just drops him on the floor. Bo Dallas has a respectful showing lasting over 20 minutes and getting rid of Barrett. Ryback is number 30. He quickly tosses three guys so we are left with Ryback, Jericho , Ziggler, Orton, Cena and Sheamus. Ziggler lasts to the final four at just under 50 minutes. Probably your MVP of the match along with Jericho . Best stretch of match was when there were six guys left. Just more room to move around in the ring and things immediately went into another gear. At times there was just too many guys in the ring. Kind of flat when it came down to just Cena and Ryback and the finish wasn’t very smooth. Middle of the pack Rumble overall. Seen this before and legit felt like I was watching it for the first time as did not remember much of anything from before.
  12. Felt like a standard nothing great but decent TV match. Some nice clobbering. I think the thing I came away with it the most is how different the crowds reactions are to each guy now. Sheamus was pretty over as a face during match. Barrett doing the clean job even as IC champion. Hopefully his current push will be much better.
  13. Was not expecting to get all the Clashes at once. I'll check out some of ones from 80's since haven't seen much footage from those. Probably my favorite thing going is watching the old Raws from 93-94.
  14. One of my favorite moments of 1993 Raws is when McMahon cuts to a segment with IRS and calls him Mr. Rotundo twice!!! IRS just stares back with this look on his face where he doesn't know how to respond.
  15. Yeah, Rock 'N Sock is big eyesore to make the list of the top 10 tag teams. I think they were together maybe 2 or 3 months if that. With list being so heavily WWE only, I thought Hart Foundation was a big omission.
  16. I thought this was a fine match. Did notice on some of the dives by Volador that Escorpion was getting to his feet first each time. Thought that was kind of weird. One dive had Volador clipping his feet on the ropes which changed his trajectory and he ended up doing a flying headbutt to Escorpion's stomach. Quite liked that.
  17. I tried not to make my post about stuff other than the match itself but the TV presentation here came off as a huge distraction to me. I get you have to pay the bills and such but the advertisements throughout the arena and on the TV screen were totally distracting to me. Guessing it is something that I will just have to get use to in the long run. Felt like the first half of the match was me focusing on the ads. Latter half was able to pay more attention to the match itself. I did come around to it then as was a good third fall. Not as high on it as you guys but again going to say there was a lack of focus by me watching this.
  18. Blondes are usually a dime a dozen to me but I do adore Renee. Such a wonderful on screen personality and attractive to boot. Always enjoy when she pops in for commentary on NXT. She plays off so well with whoever is on commentary. Just a natural. Renee seems to be way underutilized on TV.

Anyone having trouble going on WWE website? Getting an error message. Network working fine for me through PS3 though.
  20. I thought the Doink selection was very weird. Because most of the talk about it was praising how good it was as a heel. They barely touched when he became a face. And yeah, the Disco stuff was getting very personal and not so much the gimmick.
  21. Been going through the full Raw episodes from 1993 and just having so much fun watching them. Might feel a bit different if I had to comment in full about them. Instead I can just sit back and watch. I know Bartlett is hated on for good reason. But from watching these full shows I am going to say he was better on commentary than Superstar Graham. He had his moments and could play off a guy like Heenan. He did do a horrible McMahon impression and Monsoon no sold the whole thing.
  22. This was really good. As much as Reigns is the big star in the making, I really enjoy watching Rollins and Ambrose. Glad they kept the Shield together for longer. Going against OJ as Rollins is starting to become one of my favorite guys to watch. Harper has really grown on me too. I love his crazy face. He is more believable to me in this role than Wyatt.
  23. I thought they would maybe touch on Bryan working as enhancement talent for WWE back in the day. Anyways, I thought this was excellent. Something I really hope more eyeballs see. This makes for some great TV. You stick this on one of the regular channels and it is an amazing way to build up someone. Granted you probably can't tell as good of story with most guys when it comes to Bryan. Cena has a weird way of coming off distant to Bryan since you think they may be close somewhat with them both being with a Bella.
  24. I see it though I thought Backlund had the additional attribute to not only being the best wrestler at the time but someone who had freaky strength to take on bigger opponents. That is something you will not get from Bryan. But you can modify it as his straight technical skills are so much better than everyone else that he has that big advantage.
  25. Watched this a few weeks back so my memory is not the greatest about it. Actually had to give this a couple attempts as kept falling asleep during it. Not a bad match but one that is easily forgettable. I thought the two on one portion against Hardy went way too long. Jeff looking decent at least and seemed to be trying hard out there.
