Boss Rock
Need to catch up on Ishikawa's CC run (although I wasn't crazy about the finals with Doering), but his run as champ and in Royal Road were very good. I would still say Kento is the best, even if he overdoes the fighting spirit a bit (although I'd wager AJPW does more finisher kickouts than NJPW). Mrzfn
Kento matches have gotten a little samey to me, so right now I prefer Ishikawa. He feels fresher at the moment, though that could change as I watch more.
iamthedoctor
Im sure i've asked this question before but I can't find the answer. During a Shawn Michaels interview he was talking about a match where the Rockers battled the Brain Busters and said it was one of the best tag matches he ever had. Does anyone happen to know which match he was talking about? I think he was referring to a house show match which likely from the time frame was televised but I can't remember which show it was. BigBadMick
I think it was on the 2007 Michaels set (can't remember the name).

NintendoLogic
The one on the 2007 DVD set took place at MSG on 1/23/89.
Ricky Jackson
Can an admin start the Oct 2017 folder. I don't think just any poster can do it, right?
thebrainfollower
Which is the one where a botched victory roll injures Arn's neck? I recall him finishing the match but it being very uncomfortable to see as he is in obviously terrible pain.
Ryan Faulconer
Jimmy Jacobs was fired by WWE for appearing in a picture on instagram with the Bullet Club. I know there is some legal-ish stuff going on between the Bucks and WWE but it was a picture...online. Do WWE fans even know who Jacobs is? Was he on camera in the back doing a pull apart or heinous coffee throwing vignette? I hope this firing doesn't convince Jacobs to do any more barbed wire matches...or any matches in places like IWA-MS. Wasn't he a teacher years ago? A classroom of students will outdraw most IWA-MS five times a week.
goc
Jimmy Jacobs was fired by WWE for appearing in a picture on instagram with the Bullet Club. He didn't just "appear in a picture on instagram" he went outside and took a picture with the group of people who were there to disrupt his employer's wrestling event and then posted the picture on his own instagram account with the hashtag #BCInvasion beside it. He had to know what he was doing was something his bosses wouldn't want him to do which is made even more evident by the fact that there are tons of people in the locker room who are friends with Cody/The Young Bucks that didn't go even go outside to speak to them much less take pictures and post them on social media. So kind of like if Scott Hall and Kevin Nash had went outside to take pictures with DX when they invaded WCW?
Laz
Kinda, but if WCW actually held them accountable.
Blehschmidt
I did have to laugh at The Young Bucks tweeting Daniel Bryan saying he should take pictures with them.
fakeplastictrees
I am 100% behind The Young Bucks running a gimmick where they show up to CMLL, AAA, WWE, GFW, etc. and just ask "Wrestler X" to come outside and take a photo. I want a photo booth, themes, lights, marker and all. Even a cardboard cut out with the face of the wrestler cut out so fans can come up and poke his/her head inside in order to get a photo op with The Young Bucks. If Evolve was bigger, I would love to see Gabe's meltdown.
El-P
DDP Yoga. It works. Scrawny guy, never done sports, always bad at it at school, stiff as a rod, regular drinker and now at the finishing stages of "advanced" level in 7 months and in the best shape of my life at 42 (lost 5 pounds without even dieting in the process, from the little fat I got from beer and junk-food). So yeah, believe the hype.

Johnny Sorrow
I love that DDP went on Shark Tank to promote it. He had no intention of actually selling out to anyone if they offered. It was just to advertise. So while they pretty much were scoffing at him, he was playing them. You cant out carny a carny from New Jersey. Literal worlds apart from the likes of Kayfabe Commentaries, Highspots etc. Pretty sure I did a review of the content itself at the time, the Dynamite Kid interview was excellent. Sean Liska
2017 is waking up on a Saturday morning, having a few hours to kill, and having easy instant access to the previous night's CMLL Arena Mexico show and the NJPW show from 3am last night. This may not be the best time ever to be a fan in terms of quality of the worldwide product, but god it's pretty great.
