Does anyone know as far as when the live stuff will go up on On Demand?

 

I'm working during Arrival. I'd like to have it available when I get home or at least by the next day.

According to the Observer the plan is to put up all the MSG shows that were taped in the next few months.

 

That would get me to sign up. Hopefully Philly follows soon after, since MSG and Philly are the ones that go back Pre-Expansion (along with the occassional oddball Landover, etc).

Playing about with the search function, ECW TV up to July 94 and WCCW TV from December 82-April 83 appears to all be digitised/chapter-marked, ready to roll out in the coming weeks.

Yeah, the search function is still basically useless as a functional tool. I typed in Badd, Johnny B Badd, Johnny B. Badd, Johnny Badd and only a small handful of segments popped up and very few actual PPV matches.

I don't know who asked but it won't just be MSG shows airing on the network. Old School will have Maple Leaf Gardens from 10/20/84 on March 7th. I don't know if this aired on 24/7 or not. I am guessing it did.

That wasn't the point. It was that WWE is considering adding the entire MSG catalog. They haven't discussed adding the entire catalog for any other venue. We may get some one-off shows though.

Are you arguing something? Someone was wondering if we would get shows from Philly, Boston or other arenas besides MSG. I am merely reporting.

Yep - looks like from our buddy JR's master tape list that this first aired back in 2007 (and it's actually 10/21/84).

 

 

EDIT - actually looks like maybe just the Andre/Kamala match aired but not the entire card. Not seeing a full 10/20/84 card out there on past 24/7 lists.

Yes, I was just pointing out that the context of the original question was if they were going to release any full catalogs of other venues, not if they were going to release a few shows in isolation.

Yeah, it seems like they still have some holes to fill overall.

 

A lot better on VOD for me at this point. Was able to fast forward through the event a lot easier. Seems like they've fixed those issues.

Still confused as to why they are airing the ECW TV out of order when they'll have it all up over the next few weeks. Same for WCCW. Hoping they start airing in order at some point.

If when they say they are adding all the MSG shows that were taped, they mean it, it's huge. There are tons of shows on Cawthon's site that aired back then but have never showed up since. This would also answer such things as whether or not certain shows were taped at all.

 

If they mean "everything that has already been converted" is what is being added, well, that's good, but there won't be anything "new".

 

Keep your fingers crossed "all" means "all".

As of last night, xbox 360 still wasn't accepting a log-in. Tried watching Extreme Rules 2012 on my laptop, but that didn't work after a few minutes. Live feed on the computer continues without incident.
